I had a nail in one of my tires and brought it in while the store was very busy. I was told it would be two hours before they could get to it. When I returned to pick up my car, the flat was fixed, and was handed my keys back. There was no cost at all, however, I did purchase my tires there years before. All the employees were very friendly and professional.

3 scratched rims from them on my 2025 Audi Q7. I don't want the inconvenience of doing a claim and wasting my time going somewhere to get them possibly fixed. I want 4 brand new rims due to their screw up, but I know they aren't going to do that.

This tire and maintenance tire shop is very busy but always assist walk in check in because of tire incident always happens. Owner is always there to help employees and customers to assist. I've been on this tire shop for more than 20 years and always crowded and now my friends and my kids are getting tire service too. Thank you for checking and fixing my tire that picked up a screw as I am on my way from Ridgecrest, Ca towards Phoenix, Houston, and then onto Ohio. Your service is much appreciated especially since you check and fix tires for free. This experience is priceless for me and I can only highly recommend your business to others. My experience was not great. I have had better service and experience at other Discount/American Tire locations. I had four new tires put on my vehicle. On my initial request, I asked the Sales Rep to please have the technician check my tire sensors. I was having a problem with one of them. The technician was done and came in to let me know how everything went with my service. He went through everything except my sensors. I asked the Technician what's the status of my sensors. The Technician had a puzzled look in his eyes. He said he knew nothing about my sensors. I had to re-explain myself again after telling the Salesperson. The Technician went out again to look at my sensors. He came back in again and said your sensor is bad. I asked did verify if it was the sensor I had purchased already through them. He said he did know. I would have stayed longer to have the technician verify, but the service already ran over by 45 mins from the time the Salesperson quoted me my car would be done plus, I got the vibe from the Technician that he didn't want to bother looking up the information for the sensor. I left the store my car was making a weird noise on the front left of my vehicle. I called immediately and spoke to Anthony; he told me to bring the vehicle back into the store for them to inspect the car. I let Anthony know I would be in the following morning since the service ran over on time and I had an appointment I had to get to. I inspected my tires when I got home. Three out of four of my tires and rims had marks on them. The rims appeared to be scratched. Following morning: I arrived at the store. I spoke to one of the Assistant Managers; I believe Luis. I explained to Luis what happened the day before with the noise in front of my vehicle, sensors not being checked and my three rims getting scratched. Luis took my car for a test drive and heard the noise I was experiencing. Luis said he would have the vehicle looked at along with the sensors. The technician came in after inspecting my vehicle to tell me my sensor was bad. I asked him again whether they verified the sensor with history to ensure it wasn't one I purchased from them that was having an issue. The technician said not he did not confirm the sensor with my vehicle's work history. I asked why he didn't verify the information. He had no answer. I told him I had requested four times for the sensors to verify with my vehicle's history of the ones I had already purchased through their company. The outcome of my service: The noise was from a weight hitting the caliber. The sensor was the last one I had not changed out. The scratches on the tire and rims were from the silicone they use on the tires. Their Technician didn't bother to clean off the tires and rims when he was done with service of my vehicle.

Even with an appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes in line to see a sales person and then they quoted me 40 minutes for a simple tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours. Crazy.o

The Indio Store is very helpful and polite. Especially the Manager! I watch him whenever he is in the store and I watch all the workers and they are all courteous and kind to every customer. I appreciate having chairs to sit and wait!

About 4 months ago, my "check air pressure" light came on, so I went through the air check station at America's Tire Company in Indio to make sure everything was okay. The attendant told me I had a nail in my tire. Later that day I went down to get it fixed. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was told there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. This gets better. On Friday, October 17, I was on my way out of town with my wife and the "check air pressure" light came on again. Better to be safe than sorry, right? The tech told me I had a nail in my tire and the tire was actively leaking air. I asked if he was absolutely sure, and he said that he could see it. On that news, my wife and I had to drive home, repack my wife's car with our suitcases, etc., and got on the road much later than we expected, all based on the recommendation of America's Tire Company. Once I arrived home from the weekend trip, I took my car into America's Tire Shop to get the nail issue fixed. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, I was told there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. I think anyone would be upset in this situation. I asked to talk to the manager, and they basically said "tough luck." I know things happen, and I'm a pretty forgiving person that NEVER asks to talk to a manager, but seriously? No apology? Not even basic courtesy? America's Tire Company really blew it with me. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years.

Was very specific of what I needed over the phone. When I arrived they raised the price $60 more then quoted and did not even bother getting the person I spoke to on the phone. Replaced 4 tires and I provided tires. Quoted $100 on phone and ended up paying $160

Staff is nice and helpful however the wait is horrendous and simply because of this I would not recommend this location. I walked in at 11:30AM and did not leave until 5:30PM!!!!!!! I spent 6 hours there for a 4 tire installation. If employees know it will take this long I think they should tell customers so they can decide to come back another day. Before purchasing the tires I asked how long it would take and was told "hour and a half" and that was certainly not it

Coordinated an alignment and a tire monitor. The car was there for 4 hours. No call back or communication. I showed up and they tell me I have to take my vehicle to another third party vendor to get my alignment done as they Americas Tire does not have a proper tool. They charged me for the service in advance. Another three hours later to service was complete. I’ll never use Americas Tire again!!!

I came in to have a tire patched on the left rear tire (behind the driver seat). The next day I noticed the nail was still in the exact same tire. When I returned, staff tried to claim the repair had already been done, but it was on a completely different tire. I felt completely gaslighted about the situation. In comparison, when I visit the Palm Desert location, they repair the correct tire and also take the time to check all the other tires to verify there are no additional nails or issues. That level of care and verification was not provided at this location, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Had all 4 tires replaced on Dec. 27, 2025. Returned to the shop on Jan. 10, 2026, due to 2 of the 4 valve stems not being replaced and a rattling sound coming from the driver’s side front tire. They replaced the 2 old valve stems with new and I assume they tightened the front tire because the rattle is gone. However, my wheels were cosmetically damaged with the tool used to remove the tire. Very disappointing.

Travelling out of state and had a flat tire and due to a less than ideal donut spare, decided to do a quick replacement of all 4 tires. America tire had the tire I wanted on hand, confirmed it over the phone and put me in the cue. They had me back on the road quickly within a very reasonable time-frame. Wow! Just wow. We came down to Indio from Arizona for the weekend for a family celebration. Realized we needed all 4 new tires! We came friday afternoon got them ordered, and they were delivered first thing at 7am on Saturday morning. By 9am we had all our new tires on. They were fast, efficient and they provided us with great customer service regarding or their crazy customer long lines! Highly recommend this place!
