Outstanding service and quick turnaround for my Tesla Model 3 and my Model Y. American tire depot offers FREE, yes FREE brake inspections, tire rotation, & flat repairs. Call to make an appointment. You’ll be out and on the road within 1 hour. They even recommended upcoming tire replacement, with zero pressure to buy from them. I am definitely coming back to get my four new tires. Update: this is the second set of tires I buy here. They are hands down the best pricing in all of Visalia. I called around multiple tire shops since American Tire Depot offer price match guarantee, but in all honesty, no one else was able to beat American Tire Depot pricing 🤑 Not to mention the incredible super friendly staff, and they are all very knowledgeable regarding EV tires. I recommend this place to all my family and friends

went to get an alignment. Then was told inner tie rods needed to be tightened. And was told $95.and would take 45 minutes. That the rubber boots need to be removed to do the works. 10 minutes later it was done. I went home looked under the truck . There was no sign of boots being removed. I don't think they had time to remove the boots and finish the alignment. $ 95 for 10 of work. was way over charged

I’m not sure why anyone would opt for a different tire shop in Visalia. The second you walk through the door someone acknowledges your presence and triages with staff to make sure you get fast service. Once contact is made all staff are well informed, intelligent and patient. Prices are always fair if not the best and the waiting room is always comfortable, clean, and the perfect temperature. New tires, rotations, alignments, they do it all and they do it with class. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, all across the board here! From getting me the tires I needed right away (2 out of 4 needed replacement right then), to troubleshooting my tire pressure indication, and showing me how to calibrate it. All the way up to this week, when Casey managed to get the other 2 tires special ordered, and squeezing me into a same day appt today, GREAT team here, and go above and beyond, to make sure customers are taken care of.

Can't recommend this location enough. My family and I have been taking cars here for the last 12 years or so whenever we need something done. The staff is always nice and they do their best to accommodate our needs. Not to mention their prices are fair and way better than some places in town.
