I showed up at 8:20 am on a sunday and the hours clearly state 8am to 6pm on sundays and they were not open… Either poor staff arriving late to work or bad management putting incorrect hours of operation. Oreillys is open right around the corner though!

Disappointing experience. Website said I could return a tool purchased online to the store. Customer service rep over the phone while standing at the counter confirms yes, they can absolutely process it. Counter staff and manager say no. Not talking about something out of policy or unusual, just literally any returns at all. They claimed they just can’t return anything at all. Confirmed it’s a corporate location and not franchise, rep and myself left scratching our heads. Rep offered to create a label and get refund in two weeks after received which is fine, but still a bit silly. Much more complicated than it had to be.
