They checked with the dealership for recalls for me, answered all of my questions and taught me a few things about my vehicle that I didn’t know. Work was done before time promised. Needing to get license plate tags for my truck also required a smog test. Roger Vogts service was readily available to attend to my smog cert! More importantly I had my dogs with me which they were kind to this and allowed me to have them in the waiting room while the smog service took place. I was also offered coffee and TV I was in and out promptly with a smog cert so I could obtain tags and be off to work! I am satisfied with the service I received at Roger Vogts.

First call with Roger, everything was great. He was friendly and gave me a decent quote. Second call, I gave him the same information, and he raises the price quote by a lot. He doesn't seem trustworthy.

Please don't believe everything you read on the internet. My dad took his vehicle here to get an overhaul because he read good things. It was not that way in reality. He spent thousands of dollars here only to have them lose his tire locks and try and charge him for the part! They lost it while the vehicle was in their possession and he has to pay for it!? I don't think so. Beware and check everything but they may make you pay extra anyway. Unprofessional and will never see another penny from anyone in my very large family!

Brought my husbands car in. They charged him $400 for the ac diagnostics test and to top off the Freon. They said the repairs would cost $1300 because he wanted to replace the whole ac system and convert it to the older model Dodge Charger ac system. So we decided to get some other opinions and everyone from the other auto shops we went to and even the dealership said that it was just a leak in a hose and the hose needed to be replaced. So for the ac diagnostics test, hose repair and Freon refill came out to $600. Less than half the price Vogt wanted to charge us. Dealership and other places said that there was absolutely no reason to replace and convert the whole ac system to the older dodge ac system.

Needed An alternator. Prices range from beginning at $100 - $150. They had the vehicle from 10am Friday and despite my three phone calls, didn’t get back to me til 4:15 just to say we can’t order a part til Monday and a quote won’t be given til then. Quote given at $750!! Can you believe the DEALERSHIP charged $200 LESS!! They beat me for a $110 diagnosis fee. Fair enough.. should have known better, they were recommended by a family member who has a long history of getting beat by mechanics. I’m sure the work is standard, but if you don’t have a clue about cars, get ready to pay like your a Kardashian trying to impress a Rockefeller..

do not go to these people they take advantage of everyone my husband is 80 years old and he has dementia and they called us today to tell us it would cost 1200 dollars for a altrenator that they replaced 2 years a go and diagognostics and a bunch of other BS plus that is not fixing his door yet so that is why there shop is so fancy and he is on the radio how dare you take advantage of people so you can live so well my husband has been going to you before his dementia and it was always over a 1,000 no more Roger Vought same on you please do not go to these people how come he does not have a warrenty on his 2 year alternator if it was good why would it only last 2 years

Called to have a recall/warranty issue taken care of. I was attended by Rose. I gave her the information she needed to call and have the parts ordered. She was to call me back to schedule an appointment when the parts arrived. After two weeks I decided to call Rose and ask the status. No status lots of excuses, excuses that did not make sense. Finally she told me she lost the notes. Why not say that to begin with. She took the info again and promised to call me back same day. She called half hour later and told me her manager would not take the job. I admit it was a small job but really after all the lies a reputable company would have done the repair. Won't do business with them even if I have to travel to Fresno to have my motor home worked on

Hard to believe that there are no more reviews for Roger Vogt's than the one 5 years ago. This is the only place I take my cars to. Are they more expensive than "most" auto shops? Yeah, probably. But no one knows auto repair, not just fixing your vehicle but everything that goes into running this kind of business, than Roger Vogt. Over the years I've observed and experienced the innumerable policy procedures, the checks and balances, the follow up, every detail of how to run a shop. I know when I take my vehicles in that they will be tested and a detailed report of what is found given before work is started. John who works the front desk will explain and give all options with prices so you can decide what to fix now and what can wait if you're on a budget. I don't like to take chances with my car, if something needs fixing, and Roger's done the work, I am confident when I drive away that it's done and done right. Roger Vogt's Auto Performance is the only place to go in my opinion. You get what you pay for and I'll gladly pay a little more to know the job is done right.

When something is wrong with my car I take it to Roger Vogt’s because they are honest and trustworthy mechanics. They can fix anything for a great price. As soon as I arrived there Rodger introduced himself with a positive attitude and they did great work on my car and were faster than I expected. If you are having trouble with your vehicle I would highly recommend Roger Vogt’s.

Due to an engine light I took the truck in for significant engine repair. Previously, had it assessed at the dealership but in 4 days of trial and error not much progress was made. Anyhow, at Roger Vogt they made a decision to order replacement parts and currently waiting for them to arrive. It’s costly but then again this isn’t just a tune up. Hopefully, with their extensive knowledge and experience my truck will be back road soon pending receipt of necessary part(s).

I had my 1975 Corvette brought in for a complete break job. Upon picking picking it up the peddle was very low. Roger told me it was fine , i was not satisfied.. but more importantly l believe i was very over charged it costs me 6,500 hundred dollars. I know I agreed on the price, but a poor job..so I took 🍳 it upon myself to fix it replacing the power booster and calipers .Roger told me he liked quality parts and they were not ... more l could say more but it's upsetting

I had an interaction with the owner of this company, and unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional. The tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which was disappointing and uncalled for. Regardless of circumstances, basic courtesy and respect should be upheld when speaking to others. I hope this is something the company reflects on and improves moving forward.
