Order a simple oil filter. 2 months later, no email, no call so I went in. They couldn't find that I purchase. It so I had to look up my email found it. And they put the oil filter on the shelf. That's why I go to O'reilly's.

I came in to get some power steering fluid at the auto zone on Mooney in visalia ca. Went to put some in my car not to mention my hood doesn’t stay up by its self I ended up dropping the cap down in the engine. I went inside to ask for help one of the workers daisy came outside with a smile ready for some work she got it out in no time and I really appreciate it not only the quick help response but also the great customer service so I didn’t have to call someone. Definitely will be back thankyou !

Went in to return a product. I never even open the box for 2 weeks didn't end up needing it. They told me it was the wrong part in the box that they sold me. So even if I did end up using it probably wouldn't of worked because it was an already used part. Never going back to them I suggest you don't either or look in the box first they are a dirty business. The person helping me tried starting a fight

Would have given 5 stars, as the young man who installed my front headlight bulb was awesome, but the manager would not leave the poor kid alone to help me, without starring at him and trying to pull him away from helping me. The kid makes me want to come back; the manager makes me want to go elsewhere. Great service young man, putting the customer first!

The attendant had an attitude. I could tell she didn't want to be there. And she put in the wrong part # and I didn't know any better. I showed a pic from your website with the part # and I got something similar, just not what was needed. My BF had to go to another AZ to find what he was looking for. (My opinion, management could find ways to boost moral so customers feel good about returning. )

Good help, is hard to find. Came in to return a part that was bought at another auto zone and was tested to be faulty. Upon handing over my receipt and faulty part. They proceeded to tell me that I had to go to the same place I bought it. I said no they can take care of it here and now. After the head person came by and I explained the situation to him he returned my part. Quality of parts are cheap, so is the service. I would not recommend this store. This is why I believe they should be awarded no stars.

Came in to get assistance with a car battery CESAR assisted me greeted me as soon as I walked in he check the battery for me and I found out it was a bad battery thanks to CESAR i had been having trouble with vehicle for that reason so I'm happy he assisted me, he is very knowledgeable he informed me of everything I needed to know and be aware of, he also offered me a good price battery with 4yr warranty which was awesome, he has FANTASTIC customer service I'll be returning just for the assistance I received and the customer service I received. JUAN was also there working with him in the store he was also very friendly and he has great customer service as well THANK YOU CESAR AND JUAN YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AUTO ZONE SHOULD FEEL VERY PROUD TO HAVE WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES LIKE YOU GUYS !!!!!
