How to lose a customer in 5 min. I got my 4 tires at this place, and of course, when you are buying, the customer is always right, until you have an issue with your purchase, then it’s something else, you didn’t do, you didn’t do that, and at the end…well, you wish you should’ve gone somewhere else. That’s exactly what I’m doing, as well as other customers….see ya!

As I was leaving work, I discovered that my back tire was completely flat. I called American Tire Depot and Peter assured me that they would work to fit me in, even though they were closing soon themselves. They powered through and completed the repair, even though they had to stay 15 min. past closing to do it. I know that they didn't have to go the extra mile, but I've very grateful that they did. Just moved up here from AZ. Needed a last minute oil change before I made my 7th trip back to AZ and I called here and talked to Peter. He was able to get me in SAME DAY and I was in n out within 45 minutes. They KILLED IT with kindness. When I was about to head back to Cali from AZ I noticed I had oil leaking so I came back the next day and it was my crappy plastic oil plug. They replaced everything on the house and again saved me the agony of paying for more expenses. Peter you’re killer at what you do. Never change and thank you for taking the time to take care of my car and I. If you take your car anywhere else I promise you’ll end up bringing your car here because they truly give a shit about you and their customers.

I went in for an alignment for my Subaru Impreza after installing all new tie rods and after market suspension including a lift at home. The staff was very helpful making scheduling easy and they were fast and precise with their work, even going the extra mile and helping me fine tune the specs in several subsequent visits as things settled into place and the alignment shifted. My alignment is perfect now even after altering so much of the geometry, and all for the price of one alignment. Shout out to Peter for helping me through the whole process. He really knows is stuff across the board and is a guru when it comes to Subaru. He will be my first stop should any issues arise in any part of my car moving forward. Thank you to the whole team. 10/10

I made an appointment to have my tire repaired as I rolled over a screw, and I was advised that it would be free. While I was there, I saw a sign that advertised alignment checks for free so I asked for one. I was told it would cost me $132 only if I needed an alignment. Well after a couple of hours, I was handed my keys and told to have a great day - all free! The mechanic told me that my car was fine and didn’t need an alignment! What, what?! What kind of shop tells you that your car is fine and doesn’t need anything? Apparently American Tire Depot! Great job, guys 😁👏👏👏

My wife and I were on the highway when the display on our dashboard indicated I had a tire loosing air quite rapidly. My wife went online to see what was available for a tire repair shop and we found American Tire Depot. By the time we got to them I only had half the air pressure needed. I was anticipating a long wait because these guys were busy with a lot of work. To my surprise they were able to get to me right away and repaired the tire as a priority. Then to top it off they didn’t charge me as they don’t charge for tire repair. What I thought was going to be a lengthy wait and expensive repair turned out to be the opposite. We were on our way in less than an hour at no charge. We live over 1000 miles from this place but if I could I would return here for all my tire needs. These guys are amazing!!!

Great experience with the team at the Santa Barbara location. We visited due to a sound in the front end of our vehicle, they diagnosed the issue that other mechanics had missed. I schedule the service for the next day, they ordered all of the required parts and replaced the brakes and rotors and the lower ball joints in a timely manner. We are comfortable with the knowledge and expertise of the team and will be using this location exclusively in the future!
