★★★★★ This is a five star company. One thing peculiar about the reviews here is that they are all either five stars or two stars with nothing in the middle. The two star reviews are scams, ignore them. Every two years we endure the time wasting process of obtaining phone quotes and finding coupons to take to a testing facility that makes you wait over an hour to be tested. I've never gone to the same place twice until now. Smog-It answered the phone on the second ring, told me that appointments are not required and the price quote matched that of the other shops after applying their stupid coupons. I just happened to arrive just as another customer was leaving and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Two years from now I'm just going to show up at Smog-It and be done with it. ★★★★★ I've been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years now and their service has always been prompt and smooth. I was in n out for a Smog-check and they made it very easy both times. The only advice I would give is for them to update their address on Google, since their location doesn't actually show up on Google Maps. I think this might help a lot with business. In any case, Tom is very helpful and I'd recommend coming here if you're a college student looking to get a quick and reliable Smog Check done.
