The BEST! Trust your car to these honest, expert folks. They are, hands down, the best shop I've taken a car to - EVER. (I've been driving for over 30 years - that's a lotta' shops). I'm driving a 20 year old car. I can drive a 20 year old car because they've taken such good care of it!

I have brought Powell Garage some serious car problems and some minor ones over the years. The team has always been prompt and courteous. The work estimates (parts, labor etc) are ALWAYS very close to what I have paid, and several times I have paid less than the estimate. Paul is very patient in explaining what exactly the mechanical problem is and why he needs to take the action he proposes. I trust Powell with my car and my families cars. When there is a problem I wouldn't any take our vehicles anywhere else.

Been coming to Powell Garage for 15 years. Would go nowhere else. They are prompt in their communication, diagnostics, servicing and repairs. My cars are in and out the same day. They thoroughly explain what needs to be done and the related costs. Their prices are reasonable and they never push unnecessary repairs or replacements. For some reason, finding a "mechanic" one feels comfortable with (or "automotive clinician" given cars' complexity today) is difficult and a big deal. The car is so central to our lives you want to know you're entrusting it to someone with integrity, know-how, and an honest approach to pricing of the service. I will always take my car to Powell Garage. Staff and Owner are patient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I know whatever I have done will be executed well at a reasonable cost to me. They do a great job of prioritizing and communicating what's necessary vs what isn't. Hands down the best service and repair shop I have had experience with. I'm a bit conflicted about posting this review because I don't want too many people to know about it in fear that they may get too busy, but these people deserve your business.

I have taken my 2 cars to Powell Garage for almost 10 years. They have done an excellent job of servicing my cars. I appreciate their willingness to explain what's going on with my cars (without making me feel like an ignorant fool). :-) They also have shown me that they are trustworthy. When they have fixed my car, and it still doesn't work, they make the necessary repairs without charging me any more money. I first met Paul and his team in 2021 when I was a delivery driver and delivered car parts to their shop. Then shortly after that I started to bring my own car to get serviced here because I felt the most comfortable here compared to the other local mechanics.
