You will not go wrong here. Best mechanic and hospitality unmatched. Sparkplug went out, pulled in their garage, and immediately they went to meet us to start repairs. This is the place for you to be their regulars. I would bet "all in" in roulette for this place when there are so many other shops around. The review below for alignment while usually a hundred bucks or so, folks have to understand even at that price for many place, alignment is a very skilled tasked. Take consideration of road slopping, worn parts (springs struts tie rod control arms etc) , and cheap unbalanced tires. But you can bet they will try to make it right for you.

Thank you Mo & Parker for an amazing experience. You guys did an amazing job on the alignment of my BMW. Two passionate mechanics who obviously love cars and showed customer service that goes above and beyond. Both were patient and transparent explaining the issue that led to a price change for the alignment. Answering some more questions with truth and honesty, I was satisfied and trusting their word and the new SNAP-ON alignment machine they had installed, I hesitantly agreed. Over the course of just under an hour, Mo meticulously aligned the car back to factory specs and even took time to show me the end results explaining elaborately on the technical and engineering aspects of a good alignment result beyond just red(before) and green(after) numbers. Very friendly and understanding team at AMP and I strongly recommend them for your car maintenance needs. Also, call them before you stop by to confirm their availability as they are a small team and can help you schedule a time for you to show up. Although my experience was with an alignment job, I am extremely confident that I will use their services when the time comes for other maintenance work. Both pricing and labor time were fair and balanced for the work done. Happy to have discovered this team at AMP.

My service was wonderful! I found them off of Groupon, and I called prior because the terms stated an appointment needed to be made. I was told I can come whenever during business hours and that I didn’t need to buy the Groupon, they will price match which is what I ended up doing. While getting my oil changed, they also checked my tires for nails and screws. I had TWO nails/screws which I did not know about. Wonderful employees and care about their customers. They even let me look at the nails and it was quite informative. Thank y’all once again, keep up the hard work :)

Horrible customer service, I only went here because it was busy at the one I usually go to down the street. I went to get an alignment and the guy drove my car wreck less and scraped the bottom on my car. Told him to be careful if he don’t want b responsible on any damages on my car. The guy started to be sarcastic and disrespectful. On top-of that got overcharged because of convenience fee I do not recommend this place to anybody.

The guys replaced a rack and pinion on my 2012 Nissan Altima. The car was delivered to my girlfriend‘s job with no power steering. The high pressure hose was cross, threaded into the rack. Which leaked all the fluid out and caused damage to the pump. I had another mechanic, which is the one that found all the issues and fix the problems. They refused to help with any on expenses out of my pocket. The picture shows at all.

Rude! The guy had an attitude from the very beginning when I asked about the Groupon alignment after having new tires put on and issues with the traction light. He stated he doesn’t know anything about that and said my transmission is messed up. Then I told him the car wasn’t doing that until after the tires were put on and still said he didn’t know and all he could do was an alignment. Super nasty attitude and rude. Then tried to charge me an extra fee for my “SUV” (Nissan juke) which is smaller than most 4 door sedans anywho I’m glad I was able to exchange the Groupon for another shop with a way better attitude and was able to give me actual knowledge and advice on what to do from here. And based on these other reviews I’m glad I didn’t let them touch my car anyways.

I purchased a wheel alignment service for $50. After the alignment was completed, I noticed the steering was still off and the vehicle was not tracking straight. Due to urgent obligations, I wasn’t able to return immediately, but I went back as soon as I reasonably could. When I returned, I was told there was nothing they could do because they do not warranty their alignment work. I was also told the mechanic had test-driven the vehicle and signed off on it. This was disappointing. A proper wheel alignment should result in a vehicle that drives straight, and that was not my experience. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond having the alignment rechecked to ensure it was done correctly. What stood out most was the lack of willingness to verify or stand behind the quality of the work. Customer service should include ensuring the customer leaves with the issue resolved. My advice to others: test-drive your vehicle with the mechanic before leaving to confirm everything feels correct.
