I have been here twice now. He's very knowledgeable of what he does, his prices are extremely fair, he's honest and because of this he has lots of customers but its worth the wait. He's good and I dont have any complaints about HK. If there's more than 5 star i would have given it to HK

I went in for an engine flush and dropped my car off Saturday morning. I picked it up on monday afternoon. Was charged $170, and they did not fully replace the coolant it was empty. Went to auto revival, and they fixed my car for way cheaper and even topped off all my fluids and didn't charge me for it. When I called hk and informed them they did not give me the service i requested, i was given a run around. So I'm out almost $200, and I will never come back. I recommend you receive your services elsewhere. go to AUTO REVIVAL in justin. Worth the drive.

I went to HK Auto repair today. Ronnie was my service person. My AC in my Car wasn’t cooling. He checked it, he stated it was out of Freon🥰 He filled it and made sure I was happy with the way it felt. Very Honest, GREAT Customer service and the Fee was SO reasonable! I was so pleased to have been referred to this business. The shop itself is clean and organized. That alone is rare for an automotive repair place. The proprietor and the service techs made me feel like family. I found them trustworthy and honest. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, which is again a rare quality in that industry. Don't walk...RUN!!... to have your automotive service work done here.

Had a knock sensor replaced 10/8 and got the vehicle back by 4pm. While driving it back home we heard a high pitch whistle noise so we returned to HK and the service tech was like I didn’t hear that before. Ended up being a loose hose THEY DIDN’T REATTACH BACK CORRECTLY. By 6:30 we were dead on the side of the road with no power or acceleration. Got the call from the dealer mechanic and now they say HK burnt out my starter and it’s going to cost me $950 to get fixed and attempt to have our vehicle back up and running. Service at HK use to be amazing as we’ve been going to him for over 15yrs. But these last few years have been HORRIFIC and Harold the owner doesn’t stand behind his work like he use to. Ronnie overcharge my AC to where there was a leak a few days later and HK charged me $800 for the parts to”fix”. That didn’t fix the issue at all. Harold himself said it was the “brain” located in my dash and it would cost $2000, but they don’t service that anymore. A few days later Ronnie realized he over charged the system and put it to proper charge and all worked fine, but I was charge $800 for damages they caused and not a single apology or even a refund in full or partial. Do yourself the favor and find another shop if you don’t want your vehicle to literally just stop and turn off while driving. Only thing safe here is an oil change.

DO NOT take your car here! I brought mine in for an oil leak they said it was the rear main seal and they would have to take out the transmission to fix it so they did but they had to do it twice claiming that they were sent a bad part from the manufacturer, 3 weeks and $1300 later I pick it up and it was STILL leaking oil! So I brought it back and the said it was just residual oil and to drive it over the weekend and it should stop leaking but it didn't, so I brought it back for the third time and they happened to find another oil leak that they charged another $360 for! But they couldn't say for sure if that was the original leak or not. 😡 The whole ordeal was super shady and I will NEVER use this place again!
