Took payment when I no longer had the car and refuses a refund. When I called I was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor after asking 3 times for one never used the services and paid monthly 86.99 for 10 months. Sorry customer service and very unprofessional I will be reporting this to the BBV and the higher upside in the company.
