Unfortunately I was in an accident in October 2025. The first thing I did was contact Anderson Collision! They were very easy to work with me and my insurance! When I received my car back you could not even tell anything had happened!! My dent was fixed however the customer service was terrible. When I brought my car for an initial assessment, I showed an area that appeared to have paint chipped and was concerned about rust; I was told the technician would look at it the day of my appointment. The day of the appointment I brought it up again and was told it would be taken care of. When the lady called to say my car was done, I asked what the technician said in regard of the chip-she had no answer and said we’d talk about it when I picked up my car. When I got there I asked about it yet again and she said now the technician was on lunch and not there. I explained my frustration about asking her multiple times for the chip to be assessed and it never was. She then told me the technician would call me after lunch and he never did. It’s almost been a month and I’m still waiting on that call. I don’t believe she ever spoke to the technician about it and I’m not sure why as it was her job to convey my concern.

Terrible experience. The initial estimate was 2 weeks to fix my car, which then got changed to 4 weeks, which then got changed to 6, then 7, now 8, and they're just now finishing up. The only time I was provided an update was when they ordered the replacement parts, 3 days after I dropped it off. Every other update over a 2 month span was prompted by me calling or showing up to the shop to find out what was taking so long. The claims adjuster working with my vehicle was unavailable almost every time I called or stopped in. The only times she even returned my messages within the same day was when I got my insurance involved. The shop didn't have a single loaner vehicle available for me to use. So l've also been forced to pay for Ubers to get myself anywhere in this winter weather, which in and of itself is ridiculous. Safe to say, I will never again use this shop for their services.

I had Anderson Rock River Ford look at my 2022 Mitsubishi in August of 2025 because the counsel would turned itself off and on by itself while being driven (only happened a couple times since being purchased in 2021). Now before they looked at it I was able to start my car with my phone and when they returned it in August they said they found nothing wrong. Now when they returned it in August when I started up i got a message that the Data Sharing could not connect (something like that). I at that time didn't know what that message was because I never seen it before but come November when it got cold I tried to auto start my car from my phone and kept getting the same message. So I called Mitsubishi company and they sent me instructions on how to fix it but it didn't work. They then said I would have to have a dealership look at it and that's when I had Anderson look at it and told them it worked in August when they had it so I just need you to do whatever you did so the Data Share will come back on. I get a call telling me that I needed a new counsel and the price will be thousands of dollars. I don't understand if you tell me there was no problem with the counsel in August and now I need to get a new counsel, what happened between August and November that I now need a new one and I need to pay for it. The problem came after they looked at it in August so the problem had to come from after they had it. So now that it is -35 degrees my husband goes outside and starts the car.

While taking delivery, Griff took the time to run me educate me and run through all the bells and whistles. If you're in the market for new or used vehicles I would highly recommend anderson. Update: 2/27/2026 Rock River Ford continues to impress me, ford issued a minor recall for some software pertaining to my 2025 ford maverick. Jim Johnson, a mobil tech for rock river ford, was able to come to my house and perform the recall repair/update in under 30 minutes.

Ive only dealt with the service department and I believe everyone who has worked on my car has done excellent work. I appreciate how they always make sure there isn't any recalls that need to be addressed. Also before any work is started they give me an estimate and let me know ahead of time if something else was needed. Even the ladies in the office are wonderful, keeping hot coffee made as soon as the pots are emptied.
