Had my car for three days! And fixed nothing 500 dollars later! Word around town is they have been scamming people since early 90’s when they was on west state and independence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM... my car was towed yesterday for $300 this morning the amount was $525 because "somebody had to come out to tow the car." Are you not a tow company? Is towing not apart of your job? This place is a hole in the wall and scam people to keep the lights on

In a business where honesty and integrity are extremely important, my personal experience with the owner of this company was that of disappointment and disgust. Essentially, I'd advise anyone seeking repair to be very cautious. Unfortunately, we live in a world where some people think they can do whatever they want.

My car was in an accident on May 5, Louie's tow my car that night and charged $250.00 CASH ONLY. I didn't had cash on hand, but the following morning I went to pay so my car would be released to the body shop and they wanted the next towing company to pay them $595.00. They are scammers.

Police inpounded my car, they charged me $410 soon as it made it to their lot. Never heard of those prices in all of Illinois. I ended up paying $530. They charge $60 a night forwfor storage also isn't normal in Illinois. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau Monday. I was inpounded on Saturday, I was told they're closed on Saturday and can't meet after 5pm. I would've shown up at 5:30pm. If you're closed on Saturdays why is 5pm a deadline time? I believe he did that just to charge me an additional day. This company seem very untrustworthy.
