Great service. Andre is awesome and really cares about what's going on with your car. I dropped my car off last Thursday and told him there was some strange screeching coming from the back of the car. He figured out the issues within like 3 hours gave me a call updated me & 4 days later I have my car back. I'm sure I would of had gotten my car back in 2 days had I of dropped it off earlier in the week.

I have taken my cars to Andre for many years now. He is always thorough and offers choices regarding the degree of repair whenever possible and safe. For example, the lever on my audi captain seat failed, and rather than replacing the entire unit, he gave me the option to swap buttons so I could still have the essential forward and back function (in lieu of up and down), which saved me tons of money! I done my suspension, brakes, bodywork, you name it. I trust Andre, he is always looking out for his customers, which is why so many reviewers have been with him for many years!!

A good trustworthy mechanic is nearly impossible to find these days. I’m lucky to have found Andre. He has bailed me out of numerous situations fixing my BMW with little to no notice, and when I recently bought a used Toyota he dedicated a lot of time and energy to help get it up to speed quickly to make it a safe family car. Last year we backed our bumper into a pole and it left a huge dent. No one wanted to deal with it and kept insisting that we would need a total bumper replacement until we asked Andre. His shop always seems busy but he was willing to punch out the dent for a reasonable price. When we picked it up, he also mentioned that the oil had been low so he topped it up gratis. He is a very straight forward, no nonsense guy who is honest and cares about his customers. It's very hard to find a mechanic like that these days!

Thanks so much to Andre & Co. for replacing my VW GTI’s transmission. It wasn’t easy (no thanks to VW) and it took a while to find a suitable used one, but it’s running great now! It would have been headed to the junkyard without all Andre’s time and effort, but he gave me a great deal and got it back on the road. There’s a reason everyone loves Andre and I’ll be heading back there for all my future services. All dogs go to Heaven, and Andre is trying his best to end up there with them.

The guy is easily angered, try not to disturb w questions or suggestions. It's best to come Monday 7:30AM, or you can be postponed for a week. This is 'don't call me, I'll call you' type of guy, try not to bother with calls. They repair by trial and error, I was through 3 rounds ordering/replacement parts but the issue stayed. I doubt it was ever root-caused. In the end, they walked with my $1600, and I walked with my car still unfixed, same issue. Think they may be ok for small jobs.
