Your partner in car care The best by far. No fluff. No job to tuff. TJ, Jim and their teams, (not overlooking the sharp professional office staff and towing side of the business) know what they’re doing. And they take the time to know what your needs are for your vehicle. I think this is where they excel over any other shop and become your partner in vehicle care. They work hard and earn your trust every job. I’ve never felt pressured or sold and their rates are incredibly fair. My daily has 235,000 miles. I bought it w 113k. Had original plugs and I opted to change them but hadn’t yet begun my relationship with AA (sounds weird to say that in a car sense 🤣) I found a friend who’s brother worked on cars on the side, he charged me (6 years ago) as much as AA did recently, 120,000 miles later. And turns out he didn’t even do it right. God bless Subaru engineers. But more importantly, Jim gave me a plethora of options knowing the mileage and value of the car. They did it right and Subie runs like a champ. Almost a year later. I travel and trust that if they have vehicle issues, they take them to AA and I don’t worry. Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a check engine light that the dealer had previously diagnosed as a thermostat issue, but the dealer failed to order the part. Antioch automotive was able to diagnose and repair in a day at a more reasonable price. Have brought other cars here also for service and always have had great communication, and timely service at a fair price.

When my husband and I found ourselves stranded on the side of I-94 with an overheated car, we called half a dozen different automotive shops. Antioch Automotive was the only one which could respond to our need quickly and professionally. The employee who coordinated the tow was very calm and skillfully gathered all the necessary information. The employee who towed us to the nearest repair shop was a very kind and skilled character as well. We were very grateful for their help and would highly recommend their towing services.

In town for Christmas from Houston to see family and would you know it. I start having vehicle problems. Truck wouldn't start. Had Antioch Automotive tow it to their show and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. A corroded negative ground for the fuel pump relay in my fuel box. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly and professional.

I have been using Antioch Automotive for a few years now. They have done some minor work on our vehicles along with some major work. Today I used their towing service to relocate a storage container located on my property. The location I needed it moved to was a very tight location. The driver showed up with the flatbed and placed the container exactly where I wanted it. I mean it was perfectly placed. His attention to the details and to the safety was outstanding. I will never see the need to call on anyone else for this kind of support. The team at Antioch Automotive is just amazing!

Antioch Automotive towed my vehicle in quickly it had a range of symptoms. They stayed attentive on resolving the issues including getting a part special ordered on a Saturday. The truck (4Runner) works like new and the cost was very reasonable. I doubt I will ever look anywhere else for my auto repair needs.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. Took the time to show me issues and discuss them. Awesome waiting area as well. Customer service not so good. Last two times they did not respond to my email correspondence. They should remove email option if they are not going to review or respond. I have now started using someone else.

They said the alignment bolts were seized when they weren't and that we needed new struts, which we didn't and they charged us seventy five dollars to look at our car. My husband got the boat loose with an impact wrench and the struts weren't leaking they told us the car was sitting low. But they were willing to charge us four thousand dollars for that work, which they didn't need and then they said that the landmark would be a hundred and fifty instead of a hundred fifteen

I received the service from them, but I consider that the price was excessively high, they charged me 250 dollars to tow my car 13 miles (my car broke down approximately 6 miles from the office where they operate in Antioch)

The staff is super friendly and down to earth. Their prices are reasonable and competitive to the rest of the market. Their work seems very thorough and they show empathy and care for your car like it were there's. With that being said, I came in a few weeks ago for a loud rattle in my Toyota Sequoia which ended up being two different problems. First being the cat, which they ended up swapping out for a Magnaflow, of which was something I thought I would need. However, this quickly grew on me and I love the growl this puppy makes. I might come in down the line and have them switch it all out, the noise and rumble are pretty cool. The second issue was a major one and involved the timing chain system. They were able to swap that out and thankfully put some life back into the truck. Both issues were solved and they were incredibly fair with pricing. You are not going to come close to this price, with this service and professionalism. Jim runs a great shop, and his buddy TJ is also great to work with. I'll be back for oil changes to hangout in that awesome looking waiting area.

I recently had a shop change my oil, rotate my tires and figure out where an oil leak was coming from. Turned out it was a leak from the steering gear box on my 2020 GMC Sierra. They told me the cost to fix this was going to be $2,100!!!??? My friends had recently had work done to their car at Antioch Automotive and were very pleased with the work and the cost they were charged. So, I made an appointment to have Antioch Automotive verify that the leak was from the steering gear box. It was but specifically from a pressure sensor attached to the steering gear box and they told me it would cost $465.00 to fix this!!!👏👏😁. I told them to order the part. It came in the next day and my truck was fixed the next day!! AWESOME. Antioch Automotive is now my vehicle repair shop going forward. The crew there is nice and the mechanic’s know there stuff!! Antioch Automotive….thank you for saving me $1,500+!!!!!!

Horrible the whole way through. Car had broken down with a defective raditior and had towed here. Right from the start we were told it could be looked at same day. We called to let them know the tow was coming, and the lady that answered was upset they weren't the ones doing the tow and stated they now wouldn't look at it for days. While it was in I also had them diagnose a p0456 code for evap small leak. They came back and told us it was the esim so we had them replace it since it was already in the shop. Shortly after getting the vehicle back the code came back on. I waited for my weekend off to diagnose the issue myself and found a clear cut issue with the purge vavle hose. It had obvious dryrotting next to the vavle and when touched it pulled right off, full separation. I was able to diagnose it within 10 minutes. When I had called the shop back to inform them the same lady behind phone refused to listen, put me on hold and said she didnt want to hear about the issue and said she would have someone in service call back which never happend. I have futher issues as well but don't want to write a whole book.

Slid off the road tonight during a really bad snow storm. Called Antioch Automotive and they picked up right away, I didn’t get a call center somewhere across the globe. The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck. Staff was super friendly, professional and the pricing was fair. You guys saved my day. Great Job! Much respect!
