First time there for an oil change for my 2020 Chevy Blazer. It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, the waiting area was clean/comfortable and supplied with refreshments. The oil change was very reasonably priced and to top it off they gave me a gift bag of several items for being a first-time customer. (April 2023) I was back a second time (December 2024) with a squeak coming from the rear end of the car, maybe brakes. They took the wheels off and inspected all brake pads & rotors, with no resolution to the squeak, I also had an oil change. To my surprise when getting ready to pay the bill, they didn’t charge me for the brake inspection. I was back (January 2025) the squeak was still there and it was pinpointed to be in rear passenger side. They took brake pads & rotor off and found debris on the backside of rotor… causing the squeak. Bottom line, they were persistent in finding the problem, and the cost of repair was extremely reasonable. This repair business is the best, very thorough, courteous, reliable, professional, clean and very reasonable priced.
