Beware! From top to bottom my experience with Jaguar/LandRover service was horrible. We were accused of lying about a problem with our car. We were told there was salt water damage to an axle, which the car was NEVER in salt water! We also made the appointment prior to the end of the warrantee and because they were book my appointment didn't happen until after the expiration date! When I explained that I was told it's my responsibility to know that information. Honestly that was not on my mind. I was told also that they don't have time to look up warranties on customer....however when I check the car in she know that it was expired in less than 5 minutes. Being accused of us causing salt water damage on the axle was over the top! We went the next day and picked up the car. Please beware of being taken advantage of by car dealers since the hurricanes. It just feels like they will go to any length to void the warranty and make the customer pay.... Get a second opinion!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Robert Gordon for always taking or returning my phone calls in a timely manner. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain the issues while offering the best price possible. Everyone is experiencing a shortage of parts and we are all experiencing this in some way, but what made it tolerable was Robert following up with me often so I knew I was not forgotten. When the part made it in he worked around my schedule even delivered my vehicle to our office when it was done because I was out of town. The service are is updated and comfortable. I would highly recommend Jaguar Clearwater Service and Robert Gordon should you need work on your car.

My experience with Dimmit's service department was exceptional. Robert Gordon provided outstanding assistance when I faced a sudden battery issue at 4 pm on a Friday. He promptly arranged for a tow truck to jump-start my vehicle, allowing me to drive my car to the dealership for service before 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, Robert had a rental vehicle ready and ensured that I was not left without transportation over the weekend. This level of service is exemplary/ First class! I've been a Land Rover customer since 2012, and if a six-star rating were available, Robert Gordon at Dimmit Land Rover would certainly receive it!
