★☆☆☆☆ Beware! From top to bottom my experience with Jaguar/LandRover service was horrible. We were accused of lying about a problem with our car. We were told there was salt water damage to an axle, which the car was NEVER in salt water! We also made the appointment prior to the end of the warrantee and because they were book my appointment didn't happen until after the expiration date! When I explained that I was told it's my responsibility to know that information. Honestly that was not on my mind. I was told also that they don't have time to look up warranties on customer....however when I check the car in she know that it was expired in less than 5 minutes. Being accused of us causing salt water damage on the axle was over the top! We went the next day and picked up the car. Please beware of being taken advantage of by car dealers since the hurricanes. It just feels like they will go to any length to void the warranty and make the customer pay.... Get a second opinion!
