Efficient, reasonable, cheerful service. All that an independent shop should be. Update: just had rear tires replaced. Same superb service. A relief, given the insanely delicate complexity of my car. Latest update. Service light went on. Techs’ diagnostic tool yoelded nothing. Oil fine. No charge. I can only shudder to think what dealership would have charged. I had a fantastic experience with Brad at Gulf Coast European Automotive. I called ahead to see if they could perform an AC recharge on my Tesla Model X, as my air conditioning had been blowing warm for a while. Although I already had an appointment with the Tesla Service Center, it was scheduled for the end of the month, so I was hoping for a quicker solution. Brad was upfront about the process, explaining that it wouldn’t be a quick fix and suggested I drop off the car. Fortunately, I work nearby and was able to leave it with them for the day. Throughout the entire process, Brad was transparent, providing estimates over the phone and assuring me that he would work with me if anything came up unexpectedly. His communication was excellent, and I appreciated his thorough approach. I own three Teslas and will definitely consider bringing them to GCEA for any future needs.
