These guys were so nice even though I came in about 30 minutes before closing time. My tire was losing air because of a puncture but Joe fixed it in no time. I really appreciate being helped as I have an 1.5 hour drive to work early in the morning. I highly recommend the staff of this Pep Boys location.

Don’t waste your time or money!! My wife booked an appointment online for 130 for 4 new tires. I got there at 1. The assistant service manager Matt Wright, called another location in front of me asking if he had to honor the price I had booked on the website. He then complained to me that they were only making $20 on this service. Because the tires were more expensive to them than what the site charged me. After calling someone else to ask if this was right and he had to do it,he said they would get me in for my appointment. . FINALLY took my car into the bay at 2pm. I stayed to watch because I did not trust them at this point and the employees kept disappearing from the garage (pictures below) Then, about 35 minutes later they brought me out to my car and said “we broke off 2 of your studs because they were over tightened” and didn’t even ask me before breaking them off.. you can feel when a stud is going to break before it happens. One was already broken, so conveniently they broke 2 more ON THE SAME TIRE (when magically all the others were ok) which left me with no choice but to have them replace it because you cannot drive with 2 studs. I waited 40 minutes for the studs to show up because they “do not keep that stuff on hand” (…you change tires!!!!!….). And it took them forever to bang out a couple studs (which is not hard by the way) and then charged me the labor for all of it. I finally got into my car at 4pm. This place is a scam and you should avoid it!! Pep boys has a lot of fancy commercials but not a trustworthy team to back them up. I’ll never go back.

AMAZING Service by BOTH Brian and Caleb. It was close to the end of the day and they kindly still made time to service my vehicle--I had a nail in my back tire. If they had not seen me, my tire in the morning would have been completely flat. I respect their willingness and ability to help me, even though it was almost time for them to close shop. That's customer service! Thank YOU! I highly recommend going there for your vehicle needs and you can be sure that I will visit them again for my tire needs! Great service.

Richard and Michael are spectacular, they went way and beyond to rectify a issue with a incorrect tire order. The same day, in within hours I had the correct tires and they installed the same day even do my appointment was a day after. Again they are amaizing and customer service oriented!

Went in a week ago for service on my headlights. Was told I had a crack in my radiator and an active leak and needed it replaced immediately. Since I didn’t have nearly a grand to drop I declined the replacement. Yesterday I went to check the coolant fluid levels from the “leak” they said I had, which predictably hasn’t presented itself, and see this wedged under my hood. Thank god this didn’t fall in while I was driving and cause serious damage. Utterly irresponsible.

My old but dependable car has been well serviced at the US 19 location for many years. Car was towed in today and the front desk staff, whom I had not yet met, were beyond pleasant professional and helpful. The manager Roger was knowledgeable and conversant in all things auto, and I felt very reassured speaking to him. The other young man, Kevin, is newer to the business but will go far as he is personable, well-spoken and intelligent. He seems like he has been in the business a very long time. So between the technicians who are great and diagnosing and fixing car issues and a top shelf front desk staff, I feel confident bringing my car to the US 19 location.

Unfortunately had to get my tire replaced because the hole was too large to repair. The guys at the shop were super nice and able to get me taken care of quickly. Kevin at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to! Really appreciate the customer service. Made the experience suck a lot less than it could have!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! First of all, I went into the shop on a Wednesday and made an appointment for a tuneup for the following Saturday at 7:30am. Of course when I get there my scheduled appointment is not in the system. Had to then wait for a technician to arrive to do the work. Granted, my appointment was at 7:30, but they’re supposed to open at 7am. My car was taking inside at 7:45am. Was told someone from the parts store would be delivering the plugs in about 45min. The person that initially waited on me in the lobby was the same to replace my plugs, his name was Roger. He had an attitude the entire time. I also asked for my old plugs and said that I should have told him prior to taking them out, so he wouldn’t have to go in the trash to get them, which he did, but I only got 3 and not 4. The entire experience was HORRIBLE will not go back!!!!

Confirmed appointment not in system. Then said didn't have my tires, rescheduled, went home, got phone call tires are there. Purchased installation package, used my old 12 year old tire stems. Now I have brand new tires with old corroded stems. Very disappointed for over a $ 1,00.00 purchase .

Ordered two new tires which they installed fine. Recommended a wheel alignment which of course because I got new tires. They told me it “slightly” veers to the left. No. I have never driven a car with the alignment this bad. What did I pay $130 for? Literally turning right just to stay straight. If the steering wheel is straight it veers so hard to the left I would be driving in circles.

I had a tire not holding air. I pulled in Sunday morning about 8:30am. The nice man at the counter told me the charge to patch it or he would call me if a new tire was needed. The tire was patched. There was a nail. When I picked up my car, there was no charge. I drove away by 10am with my tire safely patched and holding air. NO CHARGE. The man at the counter was very friendly. The service was great. I would have been happy to pay, but even happier not too. There is a lot of construction in this area, but worth the effort to have service done here. HIGHLY RECOMNEND.
