I called Aram’s automotive about my truck air conditioner. It stopped working and I told the guy on the phone I was looking for a Shop to fix my AC. He said I could drop it off on Friday morning and make sure you get here early so we can get to your truck first thing. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am. Told Michelle that the most important thing was to fix my AC and if they had time they could check my warning light about my 4 wheel drive. But the most important thing was my AC. I also told them I could not be without my truck on the weekend. I did not hear back from the shop until 12:30 pm. They told me they couldn’t get my estimate yet because my pictures and videos weren’t done yet. I told them I didn’t care about pictures and videos. How much to replace my AC system. They called back a few minutes later with a quote of $ 2200.00. Which is way over priced. When I said that the guy on the phone said he would check for overlapping charges and get back to me. They would drop the charge to $2000.00 and we’re still going to charge me the $340.00 diagnostic fee. This shop is only interested in digging up work by providing what they call a courtesy inspection that I did not ask for. They sent me a long list of items as small as burned out light bulbs and and as large as a transmission that needed to be replaced. I was livid when I got that list. All I wanted and asked for was an estimate and the repair of my AC system. By the time they got around to quoting me the repair cost they said they only had three hours left in the working day and the job was going to take three hours to do. I said great get to it. He then told me that the technician could not work on my truck only and he had to have a break and could not complete the repairs today. I said so you are charging me for several hundred dollars for diagnostic work I already knew about and did nothing to actually fix my truck. His answer was well if you choose to look at it that way. At this point I said just get my truck ready for me to pick up and I got myself out of there as fast as I could. As far as I am concerned they don’t care about real customer service, just how much can they extract out of you with diagnostic fees and double talk excuses as to why they can’t complete the repairs you actually asked for. They are way over priced. They are $210.00 an hour. The dealer is $240.00 an hour and everyone knows that you don’t go to the dealer unless you have no other option because of their cost. Well it looks like Aram’s automotive is another dealer it would be better to avoid. Heart broken that a place like Aram’s has chosen to operate like this. It wasn’t like this when Aram himself owner the place. You got me this time, there won’t be another time.

I took my 2013 Chrysler 300 here based on reviews for an overheating issue. First off, the shop diagnostic fee is over $300 and for the vast majority of issues this charge does not count toward or get deducted from your cost if you have them repair your vehicle. After inspecting my vehicle the shop found a leak in a heater hose that was causing my issues. The quote to replace the hose was $1,400 in addition to the $300 fee for looking at it. They also recommended a myriad of other maintenance services, including $1,000 just to change my spark plugs. I ended up paying the shop the $300 inspection fee and towing my car to another reliable shop who inspected and completed the same repair that would have been $1,700 at Aram's for less than half the cost - $800 total. My repair away from Aram's also included OEM parts from the dealer. This shop tries to explain away their inflated prices with talk of warranties and shop talk but at the end of the day this shop is just WAYYY overpriced.

Finally went to get my AC fixed after a week of driving in 100 degree weather. I made an appointment for Friday morning, staff friendly and gave me a ride back home after dropping my car off. Shop performed a condensor replacement as mine was leaking. I got updates via text of all the work being performed while I was comfortable at home, then they picked me up when the car was ready later that day. Car is now running ice cold inside, great experience all around.

STAY AWAY!! The communication from Billy was unacceptable- he failed to notify me of necessary repairs to my vehicle’s alignment! I was called by Billy and told that my car was ready and good to go, so when i picked up the car and paid for the work that i believed to be complete, Soon as i drove the car on the hwy i instantly noticed it was drifting to the right, so i made an appointment for a later date to have it checked out- it was on the second visit when i was told by Billy that he had FORGOTTEN to mention to me that the alignment required more parts and a lot more money to fix the problem, there was no mention on the original work order of alignment repair parts recommended ( very disappointing) I declined the additional repairs as i felt i could not trust this shop- had Billy been more thorough with his communication i probably would have had repairs made- i will never go back and they have lost my respect and trust.

first off, I was greeted and began the process with delightful Michelle. I believe she is the greatest asset to your company. I so appreciate the professional service I received getting the prognosis with photographs and videos and detailed estimate. while the cost was reasonable, the car lacked corresponding value to repair it. While I don’t hope that any of my other cars have mechanical difficulties future, if they do, I will always have it towed to Aram’s

Customer services reps were great - its always nice to converse with real people who speak clearly and intelligently. Waiting room was small but well furnished with comfortable couches and a huge TV. Keurig coffee was available and welcome on a cold morning. Service was quick and all diagnostic results and maintenance explained. I definitely will do business with Adams again and I highly recommend their service.

Aram’s Auto Repair Center took care of my Lexus RX350 when an alternator failure left me stuck just before Thanksgiving, and their front office and service team were outstanding to work with. They completed the alternator and battery replacement, and quickly addressed a follow up climate control error when I returned. Pricing is hard to compare since I’m new to the area, but the quality of service and communication were strong. I’d rate them 4 to 4.5 stars and recommend Aram’s to anyone who wants a thorough, professional shop that stands behind its work.

I had Arams replace a brake caliper on the front left (driver side). In doing so I also had my brakes replaced as well as the rotors (front). They had my pickup for a couple days and I picked it up. I drove to Oklahoma and started hearing noises in my front end. After looking around I found my front left rotor feeling like a ruffles potatoe chip. There is absolutely no reason other than a failure to replace the rotor should it be like that! I went to Arams for 2 reasons, 1 because I just had surgery on my neck and couldn't do the work myself. 2 because I trusted them. Now both reasons are no longer an excuse so I regret that I also will never take a vehicle there again! I'm just sorry I hadn't gotten this review out much sooner, but I was reminded by this via an email reminding me of Arams. What I can say is maybe it was the mechanic, idk, you'd thing there would be some sort of quality control with the high cost.

I brought my car to Aram’s Auto repair for a copy a bought from a private party. They were going to check out the power steering. During their exam they noticed much more damage to the vehicle. They were very honest and helpful with me. It had been in an accident without my knowledge of it. They make a decision not to work on it because they didn’t feel comfortable working on it. They recommended that make sure I made sure the structure of the vehicle was sound and that it required a body shop not a mechanic to do so. I am very grateful for their input because the car is for my son and they wanted it to be 100% safe to drive. Honestly and integrity is what they are all about. I would recommend taking your vehicle to their shop.
