Great people to work with. So my 4Runner had a little incident that bent it's liftgate and shattered the back glass. IT rolled down a hill and IT hit a tree, not me. The repairs were done sooner than I expected and the liftgate actually works better than it did before I took it in. The paint matched the original paint and you wouldn't even know IT was in accident. I treat my cars great so I am unsure why it tried to get away but if it happens again I know where to go.

These guys are really really good at what they do, I'm extremely impressed and happy with how my truck turned out. They really understand how to work with the insurance companies to get the vehicle fixed right and they'll make sure you understand the process as well. I would definitely use Prestige again for any accidents or upgrade work. If you at least go get a quote from them you'll definitely see what I'm talking about.

I took my vehicle here after a collision. They were extremely professional and efficient with how they handled everything. The person that hit me was with Farmer’s and because they admitted 100% at fault and paying for the repairs, it was difficult to work with them. They weren’t really returning my calls/text/emails. Prestige was constantly on the phone with Farmer’s to get things moving along. Me walking away from the accident was traumatic enough already and then to have to deal with Farmers was just added stress. Had it not been for Prestige being diligent and on top things with Farmer’s, who knows how much longer things could have taken. Karla the office manager was a joy to work with and she made me feel seen and heard when I was crying over the phone to her. Andy, Chris and Ivan took care of me too. Not only did they all treat me with compassion and patience, they did an awesome job repairing my car too. I truly appreciate everyone who had a hand in fixing my car and I would recommend this establishment. I would definitely take my car back here whenever it needs work in the future.
