My first time going was fantastic. I've had a hard time finding a service shop that I trust and would continue to go to ever since moving to the area, but I will most definitely take my vehicle here for everything I need. The guys are very nice and very quick, I was in and out for an oil change and tire rotation within about 25 minutes. The waiting area is nice and comfortable and they have complimentary drinks and snacks if that's your thing. The owner, I believe his name was Ron if my memory serves me right, was very friendly. He seemed busy and was on the phone for the most part when I saw him, but he made sure to take time to speak to me which was appreciated. The service was great and the price was much better than other local shops. They even have a punch card for oil changes which is awesome and greatly appreciated. All in all, I had great experience and will be returning.

These guys are awesome. Impeccable service, very quick turnaround time, offer shuttle service, key drop off box and great customer service. They will tell you what's wrong and how much it will be beforehand. Competitive prices and lot of times been less than other local places. I don't normally give 5 star reviews unless unless a business wins me over to the point I would promote them to others regularly. This is one of those places.

I do most of my mechanical work myself, but for the things I either can’t do or don’t want to do, Archie’s is the ONLY place I will trust with my vehicles. Very thorough and will do the job right the first time. It is clear Ron genuinely cares about his customers and employees just by watching his interactions. Top-tier customer service and their new building is great too.

I have been coming to Archie's for many years now and I am always happy with the service. I know that I can trust them with my car and they don't try to lie or sell you something you don't need. They also will give you a ride home and pick you up if you are within a certain distance. I think the owner and all of the employees are very nice and respectful. They also have a punch card for oil changes, which is super nice. I will always go to Archie's for all of my auto needs, and all of my family goes there too.

I don’t think there is a better word than “trust” to describe this level of service. I have serviced over 5 cars here, and if you’ve owned enough cars, you know issues arise, but even if there is an issue, they take care of it and stand by their service. That’s not common with mechanics… highly recommend

I called for an appointment this morning and they were able to get me in this afternoon during my break for an oil change with a free tire rotation. Ended up also getting a new air filter because I knew it was long overdue and very gross. Super friendly, professional, fast and efficient service. All at a fair price. It's a great location and beautiful new facility. Ty was extremely helpful and I received stellar service. I will absolutely continue to give them my business. I was treated with great respect and care. Everyone I came into contact with had a pride in their work and valued the customers. TOP NOTCH!

Worst customer service I have ever received at an auto repair shop, after calling at 4:50 pm they stated that my vehicle was still out on the test drive but should ready to be picked up by closing (at 5 pm) I said I was heading over so hurried to get there but didn't arrive until 5:05 and was informed that they technically close at 5 and would have to come back tomorrow to get the vehicle. So the guy working there was to write down my credit card number, experation date and CCV number which seemed extremely sketchy for a business with such high reviews, people be aware!!!

Friendly staff. Clean waiting area. Usually I come in for an oil change. They offer tire rotation with the oil change and that is a great bonus. This time I had a computer problem and they were able to get me in and diagnose the issues. They got the parts and took care of it for me. I highly recommend them. The only bummer this time was as I'm headed home I noticed the oil change sticker in the window says it is due. I wish one of us would have caught that so they could have done the oil change while it sat there waiting for the parts to come in, it would have saved me an extra trip.

We have taken all three vehicles to Archie's for several years now. Outstanding service and transparent communication. Very detailed on what they're going to do and continually update if needed. Ty and Ron are top tier for customer service. Had a check engine light on and after diagnostic identified the issue and I approved the fix. After tearing down to get to the part the tech noticed a component inside the defective part not connected and attached it and resolved the problem. So a fix estimated at $1200 turned out to only be $460. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

We are new to the area. By the look of the place, it just made me think they would do good work. After reading other reviews and the back ground on the owner we decide to give them a try. I am kind of picky on who I let work on my cars. So a few weeks back we made an appointment. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. My wife went alone and was treated great.
