★☆☆☆☆ What an absolute nightmare. I decided to trust these guys seeing that they had solid reviews on Yelp and Google. Here’s how my experience went: Came in on a Tuesday afternoon (8/10) for a consultation for a front bumper replacement. Was greeted by friendly staff and got the replacement bumper ordered that same afternoon. The next spot they had available to start work on my car was the following Monday (8/16). Dropped off my car that Monday (8/16) and was told I can expect my car back on Wednesday (8/18), no later than Thursday (8/19). I was pleased to do business with them. Key word: WAS 4pm Thursday (8/19) I call to check the status of my vehicle. I was told they ordered a bumper without PDC holes and would have to Micky Mouse the holes themselves. The job is delayed and I’m told it should be ready by the next day. 4pm Friday (8/20) I call and I’m told they have to order lower bumper grills. The car is not ready but should be ready by Monday (8/23). I call 4pm on Monday (8/23) and I’m told they need to order fog light bulbs because the bumper grills they ordered were meant for a vehicle with fog lights. My car does not have fog lights originally. How they didn’t notice that at the start of the job honestly baffles me. I’m told the lights should be coming in by Friday (8/27). I call Friday (8/27) and they tell me that one of their mechanics walked out and they’re short staffed. Oh, and now they have to order fog light brackets. Again, delaying the job further. I am infuriated at this point. I’ve been given 3 different pick up dates and each time, there is a new excuse. There doesn’t seem to be any sort of organization. At this point I just want my car back because taking an Uber for the last 2 weeks started adding up too much. This is what I get back. What an embarrassment. The paint already chipped where my parking sensors are. One of the sensors isn’t even seated properly, causing my car to be in constant “alarm” tone whenever I reverse. I honestly don’t know what happened over the last year that caused their quality of service to deteriorate. Please, take your business elsewhere. This is not the same 4.7 star rated business that you see online.

Both vehicles have kept with the tests of time, the work being almost 2 years old at this point. Extremely proud of the work they did to my Jeep Commander, colormatching the rhino liner on my bumper and fender flares to perfection. Thanks again guys.
