Excellent customer service...from the moment I called and spoke to Dan.(Manager) He went above and beyond to assist me with my car repair needs. Let's just say the whole team are truly God sent. Meineke on Eastern is now my official repair shop. I trusted them with my car and they got the job done. Oil change, rear end work, water pump, thermostat and valve cover gaskets...I am back on the road and my jag is running perfectly. I'm new to the Las Vegas area and it's a blessing to have found an awesome shop. Keep up the great work because the community needs your expertise. I came into the shop noticing my tire pressure was low on one tire. We noticed I actually needed a new tire. The manager went to pick up my new tire since they didn't have thay brand at another location and even gave me a great deal on a tire for me. They were very friendly and accommodating, knowing I needed to be somewhere to get my kids. I highly recommend this location, and the customer service was superior!

Review for Eastern Location I recently went to this location for a service on my car, specifically an oil change and the full service that usually comes with it. While I did get the oil change, I did not receive the full service I paid for. The employee who helped me (I don’t know his name, but he had a septum piercing) tried to upsell me on things I didn’t come in for such as brake repairs and AC work. I found this very frustrating, especially since my AC had just been fixed and my brakes are in good condition. It honestly felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman who came in alone. On top of that, he didn’t even reset my service reminder, which is a basic part of the service. When I asked about it, he blamed it on my brakes something that made no sense. I also never received the air filter that should have been included in the service. Overall, I felt the service was dishonest and incomplete. If they couldn’t provide the full service, they should have been upfront and told me instead of trying to push unnecessary repairs. I left feeling very disappointed and like I didn’t get what I paid for. I HAD TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY TO MY CAR & TOOK IT ELSE WHERE FOR RE INSPECTION.

Meineke took care of my car in a very reasonable and fast way. My car broke down on Thursday, and they had it back to me the very next day. They told me specifically how much everything would cost, especially specifically what I brought the car in for. And then how much the extra repairs they found would be. But the manager also helped me decide what was absolutely necessary to get done. And what I can look forward to working on in the future. I was very pleased with these guys! I do highly recommend.

***Do not go here they need to be reported to the attorney General. )** Anybody that feels they have been scammed my this shop your probly were. And know you aren't alone. About 3-4 of years ago I came here to get a brake rotor and brake pads replaced. Im a lyft driver and kept care of the car and this wasnt the first time I had to them replaced. I was was very familiar with the process. What should have been a couple hours turned into all day til they closed. I kept asking what was taking so long because it never took so long before . And there were two mechanics working on my car. For them to finally come out say that a a arm had locked up and for safety reasons they couldn't realease the car unless I paid 1600. Mind u I was very upset . Because nothing was wrong with my car. As a rideshare driver this my money and im repsponsible for driving people safely. And I've had the part replaced before. And I found them thru my lyft driver app so i trusted them. . I had no choice but to pay because I didnt have the whole 1600.they had me get financing from one of there vendors. I was there so late it was just me til the mechanics had left. and it was just the receptionist and I there. She took me to the back . . To show me because I was so upset. And couldnt understand how my car all of a sudden vecame a safety issue . She went to show me the part being locked. It was still attached to my car And mid sentence she stopped because the part that they said locked up moved easily. And we just looked at each other. A few days later I was driving on the freeway and one of the pins they put in flew off and almost caused an accident. What if i had died what if i had passengersin my car. . I tried to find another mechanic. But didnt have the money after all I spent. I eventually called and spoke to someone. And told them I was reporting them to the attorney General and his response was id have to prove it. And the warranty they gave would be void if I went somewhere else. I was like how could I trust you guys now.. I ended up calling back the next day and speaking to the manager who in that short time had just been hired there. When i got there He even agreed something wasnt right 2 people working on 1set of brake pads and rotors . I was ther from mid morning til after they closed. and he was shocked about the pin coming out on the freeway. Because of him I let them fix the pin. He assured me he would check for himself. .. I did write an email to corporate office and they didnt respond but I failed to follow thru with the attorney general because life happens. And after that i was dealing with covid. And with the new manger i had hoped he was gonna clean the place up. The reason im writing this review today. Im still a lyft driver with a different car. I picked up a passenger recently. And we were talking and she mention dealing with a shop trying to scam her and going in for 1 thing and now having several issues.. car is not running and they are trying to charge her alot of money. my first mine because we were near the area I said is it the meineke on on Charleston and eastern? She said how you know. And I explained my experience to her. Its absolutely horrible and she said that she know someone else too. So I felt compelled to give warning to the community. The couple that was in the lobby arguing with them. Myself and my passenger are people of color. Dont know if that is coincidence or what. But that got to stop doing this to people and this shop needs to be investigated. . I still plan on reporting them to the attorney General. May it will help or maybe it wont. But they need to be investigated. They are dead ass wrong.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars!! At first, we called over the phone to see how much stuff cost and of course they can’t really give you a quote not knowing what the car is wrong with the car first of all, but to give my husband a piece of mind, he still did it anyways. When we got there after the inspection, what my husband thought was wrong with it wasn’t wrong at all. It was something completely different. Dan, the manager definitely made me feel comfortable and personable, Now, once that I feel like he was gonna charge me too much or something I didn’t need. Which is usually the case with auto repair shops and that’s stigma they have unfortunately. We had to apply for in-house financing which Dan made it a point to make the bill low enough so I can get approved for what I can pay for which I think what did I tell you about touching the car? I just told you I don’t care. I can turn it off myself.was totally awesome!! They did a great job stuff didn’t even think was wrong was for the reason why things weren’t running right and now it runs perfect!! Dan is super friendly and made the whole process a breeze, we were even late to pick up our car and he stayed after they were closed and waited for us.

Well, I had an awesome customer experience with Dan and he seem to have some very nice staff mechanics as well. I went in to get a brake job because I thought I needed pads and or perhaps rotors well as it turned out, they asked me why I thought I needed pads and rotors because everything was fine And I really didn’t need them so I appreciate your honesty. But they did find I needed some work on engine gaskets and an expensive replacement of my rack and pinion which was leaking. Anyway, Dan was great and I got an estimate for $2600 But their labor per hour is $209 which is higher than the dealership which I found out later. Anyway, apart from that Dan did an excellent customer service job and he’ll probably work with me on labor cost at a later date. Thank you guys for some great customer service. Ps : as a Google guide they do have wheelchair, accessibility, entryways, and very nice clean bathrooms.

This was an oasis in my desert. Was in desperation and Bottom line - got excellent service from personable and knowledgeable service and employees. My Dad was always the man people brought their card to and he’d tell me as you get older you will always need a good mechanic and shop who will do you right! Well I found my place - a few blocks from my job. While I was there another customer came in and told me, “these are my guys and they do me right all of the time and I’ve been coming here for years!” I recommend Juan and the other employees to everyone for honesty, accountability and personality.

Appreciation Post!!!! This is an awesome repair shop! To Dan helping me get financial assistance to pay for my repairs. Which is literally the whole battle when it comes to customers- the financial hardship, right. He helped me apply so I was able to get ALL my repairs done without the headache or how to pay for it . To Cody really explaining in detail and educating me on what to look for while discussing my car repairs, to Juan’s friendly, professional demeanor. These guys so deserve a shout out and thank you to anyone else that helped with my car repairs because my car’s running amazing! I’m a new resident to Las Vegas and female so I literally felt like the cards were stacked against me lol. I don’t know much about cars besides keeping oil in it and you always have to worry as a women about mechanics trying to get over on you… but I so did not have those issue here. I truly appreciate these guys so much for the knowledge, impressive work and just overall seamless and pleasant experience.
