Rude and expensive. Never again. Not sure the guys name since he didn't talk to us. My daughter needed a tire changed out. He did the work and told us to go to office and deal with them.

Went in for a tire patch and they needed like 4 guys for the job. Then they charged me $20 bucks!! To top it off they never did it right had to go somewhere else to get it done right. Worst service ever

Expensive!!! Had four tires to be replaced and balanced. Was told that would be $100 not including recycling. Drove a little south into Fontana at Padilla’s tire (highly recommend) $60 including tire recycle. Go there instead.

Well well, my brakes just gave out after supposedly been repaired here. nearly $700 to change the master cylinder and brakes are still going out! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I brought a few vehicles here, not the most well kept facility but my kind of place. They are friendly, always able to fit me in no problem and most of all they are very reasonably priced as far as mechanics go, I have yet to find another place that will beat their prices, they do good work too.

Been there a couple times. First time I was fixing a flat and he noticed that my car had the wrong type of lug nuts.he found some spare ones and have them to me for a cheap price.they couldn't find a whole set so he hooked me up with a competitor and set up a cheap price for me. Today I needed some new tires and told him I didn't want to break the bank. He gave me a price 100 plus dollars cheaper than I was able to find online. Quality work great price. BEWARE!!! This place will take advantage of the fact you are a female and might not have that much knowledge of cars. I popped my tire on the way to Vegas and called ahead of time to see if they had the correct size for the tire. They lied and told me that they have that tire size. Not only, did they not have the correct size, but they gave me a 6 year old used tire. The Used tire was not the issue, but the fact that the tire was SIX YEARS OLD was the issue. The tire popped again soon after. Thankfully, I made it to Vegas by then.

this shop has never ever let me down. as a female, it’s hard to find an auto shop that WONT take advantage of you because you’re a woman. Arrow Tire & Wheel has never lied or scammed me, and when i would do a price comparison, they have been the cheapest by far. i TRUST this shop and i suggest everyone should too.

Went to this shop to mount and install brand new 22 inch rims and tires. First mistake was he chipped my rims with the mounting machine and admitted to it. But proceed to tell me they were going to eventually get scratched anyways and would not compensate me for the mistake. Secondly, he thought it was okay to install the sensors before programing them eventhough the product says to "program before installing". Then I charged me for the programing eventhough the sensors never took the programming. I drive home thinking the sensors were working then the tire light comes on. I called the manufacturer for a refund but now they are saying the warranty is voided and no longer able to be programmed or returned. Therefore, I'm out another 250 for 4 sensors and installation from Costco, where I should of took them in the first place. Last time I try to help out a small business. After lying to Robert and him stressing my wife out, he gave us a $60 refund for the non sendor programing job. I had to tell him that the sensors were programmed by another tire shop before he would give me a refund for his incompetence. He should have known that you don't install the sensors before they are programmed given that the tag on the sensors says to do so. Robert was not very helpful on taking ownership of this issue and thus reason why im posting this review. Hopefully I can save others from wasting there time and money.

came to get two wheels mounted and balance, got them back unbalanced (feel the car shake over 65mph) and at 50 psi. Which made the tires feel like glass on the road traction control light would keep coming on around slight corners. It was an easy fix luckily just had to buy a meter to check the pressure and let it out back to 32psi. I was able to take the car back and get the tire rebalance which was nice until we figured out two of the bolts were tightened too hard and broke the stud because they don’t use a torque wrench. He said his Dewalt or air gun torques it for them. (I know that there are guns that can do that but with the video provided neither of them are those types) The owner blamed that since one stud was replaced the others were on their way out and tried to charge me $110+ to fix the two. There’s two shops out there one that can admit their mistake and fix it and the other which will always be known as a hack unfortunately this one is the latter.
