I went in for a 30,000 mile service for my Lexus ES350. ATG advised me they couldn't give me a quote as an evaluation was needed. I was pleasantly surprised that very little replacement parts were required. They very easily could have embellished, but didn't. They were very upfront, courteous and timely. Seldon and his crew were great! Rebuilt entire front end and brakes at a very reasonable parts/labor ratio. Also, diagnosed and repaired issue with cooling system, and worked with another local shop to have my exhaust repaired as well. Mark up on parts was reasonable as well. A friend referred me over to these guys, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I went in to get my brakes done. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily and the quote they initially gave me was the same when the repair was done. They also did further inspection to see if any additional repairs may have been needed. I feel like these guys are ones that you can trust to take care of your vehicle in an honest way. They listened well and offered a quote, checked my car to confirm, explained the issues and my options without upselling, fixed the car and didn’t do anything else without asking first, stayed true to the quote, and provided a list of things they had done without charging alongside work I could get done with quotes.
