I actually never saw any service on Google+ can receive all 5 stars reviews. Robert is the first one I saw, so I didn't hesitate to go to his place. I had my honda civic oil changed, breaks checked, transmission checked and tire checked, for only $88. Not so bad. He is patient in answering customer's questions. He is amazing. Like other reviews, I would give him a 100 points.

Robert is the most reliable trustworthy mechanic I've ever found. He has taken care of many of my cars over the years, and his prices are always fair, problems are always carefully explained. I'll never forget the time four or five years ago when I planned to give my Accord to my daughter. I took the car in to Robert and told him to go through the car and fix anything that was wrong. Anything. With a normal mechanic, this would be a license to steal, but when he called to tell me the car was ready, it was only about 75.00 for a tuneup. You don't find that kind of integrity often. I've bought three Hondas in a row, knowing I can get the very best service possible.

Robert was my mechanic for 14 years until I left Santa Barbara for a new job in Virginia. During that time he serviced the same 2003 Honda Civic, which continued to operate smoothly and error free. Whether it was spending extra time explaining an issue to me, making arrangements for me to pick up my car after hours, or doing something minor free of charge (e.g., swapping out a running light), he went out of his way to help me and put me at ease. He checked my car over for me right before I drove across the country, and I wasn't entirely joking when I told him that I wished I could just take him with me. To say he was always straightforward and honest with me feels like an understatement, because I know there were opportunities for even an honest mechanic to have made more money off of me by charging me time for the extra labor he put in. Having encountered a fair share of questionable mechanics since I moved to the east coast, I've come to realize just how dependable and rare a professional he was. I can't recommend Robert strongly enough.

They always go over and above to make sure your car is safe and reliable. They never try to upsell on things you don't need. They are busy but worth the wait. 5 stars!!!

My family has been going to Robert for years, and my father just bought another Honda, most likely because there's no one in town he trusts more than DiMauro. In the years he has had his car serviced there, Robert has been an honorable and skilled mechanic. Now that I am a Honda owner, I am glad to be able to take my car to Robert. He is very personable and patient, and I always come away feeling like I know more about how to take care of my car (as opposed to some mechanics who barely take the time to explain the work they've done). Robert is honest, skilled and doesn't suggest repairs you don't need. I had to take my Honda to a dealer for an airbag recall and that dealer shop manager said I needed a water pump and timing belt for $1200! Robert said I could wait on that preventive repair. 2 years later, he charged half the price. He is the only person I take my Honda to for anything.
