He walked me through all the damages that were going to be fixed and when they finished they washed my car for me. we have an ADA van as our son is in a wheelchair. Needless to say that van is our lifeline to doctor visits etc. The passenger door panel snapped off after it got stuck on our son's wheelchair. I stopped by Classic Collision (without an appointment) to see if they could help....and they replaced all the panel bolts and secured that panel in 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Amazing staff, super helpful and I am beyond thankful for their caring approach. Classic Collision just earned a customer for life!

I was referred to Classic Collison by a Tesla Tech. I needed to replace the bottom cover of my Tesla model 3. I came to the shop and I met Robert who is very friendly and helpful. Robert was able to diagnose the issue and he ordered a replacement of the broken part. It only took him 24 hours to get the new part. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my car. I had such a great experience here! The team was incredibly kind and respectful. A lot of times, people assume girls don’t know much about cars, but it was nothing like that here. They treated me with total respect and never talked down to me, which honestly meant a lot. My spare tire (not sure what it’s officially called!) had just been in the trunk and was making a loud banging noise every time I drove. They took the time to put it back where it belonged. Alberto was especially amazing — super quick to help, patient, and kind. He explained everything clearly without making me feel bad or embarrassed. I was even scheduled close to their closing time, but he still went out of his way to help me after hours. Students are treated really well here too. They are accommodating, professional, and genuinely care. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collision to anyone looking for honest and friendly service!

Classic collision is a high-end body shop that used to be family owned and run with many decades of A+ experience and customer service in our area. A short while ago, the family sold the business to private equity. Fortunately, they remain involved in the day to day. As we have seen extensively in America, and originally in the UK, Private equity has bought out small businesses across many many industries. They implement strict cost cutting measures, raise prices, and work hard to create local monopolies to extract additional profit. Caliber collision is anothrt example of this happening in Santa Barbara. We had a small driveway collision, that resulted in a $16,000 bill to State Farm. Clearly, they have been successful in raising prices and extracting maximum value. While the efforts took 6 weeks to complete, a bit longer than they originally estimated, I'm happy to report that the work was done. Superbly! The vehicle looks brand new, which it is with only 4,000 miles. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend bringing your car to them if you want the best possible result.
