I take my Prius here, and they do a great job - also, Jeff and his son Justin will only do the work that is truly needed. If you don't need service right away, they will tell you so (for example, my front wheel bearing was making noise - it took about 40000 more miles before Jeff finally said it was time to replace it - and he gave me the best price in town). I did see a few very negative reviews here - and believe me, I'm an engineer, so if there was anything to be concerned about I would not return. This is honestly the best garage I have ever taken my car to.

I can’t recommend Airport Motors enough. It is so rare to find a mechanic with this much integrity. They always look for the most effective solution for my car, not just the most expensive one. The billing is always straightforward—they are fair with their labor hours and take the time to clearly explain every charge and answer all my questions. As a parent, I especially appreciate that they keep my kids' safety as their #1 priority; they make proactive safety suggestions without ever being pushy. Highly reliable, honest mechanics. Offered to do code readings for free that some bigger brands in town wanted to charge $100-200 for. Work was done quickly and well, engine has been running 5-10MPG more efficiently since I got the most recent work done. I’ve been coming here around 10 years. Have had a Mazda Miata worked on, Hyundai Elantra. Always happy with the work. My mom comes here too and she has nothing but nice things to say about the gentlemen that work here. Would recommend.

Just adding my two cents to the already great reviews here. Airport Motors is a rare find. I whole heartedly recommend them, and also commend Justin for a very high level of personal service and attention to detail. I've got a 17 year old Sienna that recently presented some above and beyond tune-up challenges. The previous owner/mechanic had cut corners. Justin managed them with great care, flexibility, and for a reasonable price. He truly feels like partner in the care of my vehicle, and is sensitive to budget, schedule and quality outcomes. I've entrusted the care of two Toyotas to airport motors in the past, and will certainly keep coming back.

Definitely the best car service I've ever had! I went here twice so far (once for a severe fuel leak and once for a general tune up), and both times it was incredible service (on the car and from a customer service perspective) and very reasonably priced. Justin clearly knows what he's doing and makes you feel cared about as a customer. He makes sure your car leaves in the best shape possible and also is very considerate/mindful of budget constraints, which was HUGELY appreciated. I would not trust my car to be serviced anywhere else.

*TOP RECOMMENDATION* If you need a competent, thorough, conscientious and cost effective mechanic that you can trust, Justin at Airport Motors is the man for you. My wife and I were traveling through Santa Barbara in a 2009 Honda Accord when the battery light came on. We pulled into an auto parts shop late on a Sunday night, and they recommended Justin us. We stayed the night, and pulled our car into his shop at 7am Monday morning as he was opening. He knew what the problem was after quickly diagnosing it, ordered the parts, and explained in detail to me what happened and why. He prioritized us travelers and we got our car back in about four hours. My wife and I are truly fortunate we found Justin and are very appreciative that he was able to fix our car and get us on our way home. Justin and his team get my highest recommendation.

This was by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I had strange clunky noises coming from my car and couldn’t figure out the cause. I called and Justin was able to see me the very next day, even staying after hours to dig deeper into the issue. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I truly couldn’t recommend this repair shop more.

After my inspection they called me and informed me of their findings and recommendations and gave me a price breakdown for each service if added. Parts came in quickly and they have a variety of vendors to choose from if that interest anyone. They got me ready for a 1,000+mile trip and did great! Great people with an honest owner! After several failed attempts, I couldn't get my car to clear for a smog check. After taking it to Airport Motors they were able to fix the problem and they were extremely generous with the bill. I cant recommend this place more! Will be returning for all my car repair and maintenance needs! ITS THE BEST!
