I'm very aware that we endured an Ice storm over the weekend and into Monday the 26th. I had made an appointment on Sunday the 25th for an oil change on the next day Monday. I received a notice that my appointment was confirmed and that Audi Dallas would be opening late at 10:00am on the 26th. My appointment was for 10:30am. On the morning of the 26th I received a confirmation and responded that I would be at my appointment. On my way I hit a curb and knocked my car out of alignment. When I got to the dealership it was closed. No notice given. The following day Tuesday the 27th I had an appointment at 9:15am. No one answered the phones and so I didn't show up until I was called at noon time to say there was an opening for me. As a consequence it cost me $670 for an alignment.

I Love Audi Dallas, it’s one near my house and for the last 4 years I drive 35mins to the Audi Dallas for service because THEY ARE AWESOME! My service advisor Tim provided great customer service and made sure he took care of my vehicle, beside giving me a hard time for being a 49er Niner fan in there representing. But I wouldn't expect anything less from a Cowboys or Eagles fan on that particular day! Nothing but love tho🤣 Major plus they honor coupons from other dealerships as well. #FaithfulToDaBay

I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. I took my vehicle in immediately after purchasing it due to an alignment issue. When I pulled up into the service bay, not a single person came out to see what I was in for. Staff in the service entrance and counters both just stood there and looked at me. This being my first time there I was not sure who I needed to talk to or where to go. All it would have taken was someone to ask why I was there. I had to find my car salesman to have him take care of the issue I was having, this was the same thing going in again the second time. I booked my third service and when I arrived I was told that they had no loaners. Not terribly upset but I had a list of issues with the car that was submitted on their portal. With the issues I provided on the portal you would think the ticket would have been looked at before I came in and told me I would have to return 2 weeks later for a loaner. When I returned 2 weeks later there was confusion from the staff once again and I was checked in with a new service advisor. There was no car ready and they somehow secured one for me. We went over the main concerns because the items that I initially submitted online “did not transfer to my new appt” as I was told 2 weeks prior. That’s fine, things happen. After 2 weeks of the car in the shop I was notified it was ready. My advisor was off for the day during the time I picked up my car. I notice there was a major issue with an item I specifically brought up on my first appointment, as well as my second that was not addressed. I informed him and he blatantly blew it off, and did not respond after I told him it wasn’t taken care of. This is the kind of service you get from Audi Dallas after spending well over $100k on a car. Not only is the service department customer service terrible, you need to be careful when purchasing any vehicle from them. After I purchased the car I was told they needed time to get the car ready. Next thing I find out they had sent my car to get “the bumper” painted, this wasn’t disclosed until I started to demand the whereabouts of the car. They also took the liberty to have someone perform a hack job and had the wheels spray painted because they thought that was okay for some reason. All of this was not ever brought by me, after the car was purchased. This went on for 2 weeks with the check cleared out of my account and everything. They keep talking about how they’re a small dealership and take care of their customers. This has been nothing but smoke and lies from the moment I walked in there. They could learn how to properly treat customers from a dealership like Avondale.

I recently visited this service center for an Audi recall and state inspection, and I had a great experience. The service manager Obrayan Nunez did an excellent job — professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
