I’ve been dealing with this company and team for over a year and let me tell you. THEY TAKE ALL MY WORK!!!!!! Mo, Ismir and everybody is AMAZING!!!!!!! Hands down best shop in the farmers branch, Carrollton area. They also own the shop up the street, Lube & Auto Repair. SAME OWNERS SAME RESULTS! These guys know their cars!!!!!

Where do I begin?! From the moment I arrived on a hot summer day like today, I was greeted with EXCELLENT customer service and a timeline for when he would finish. I hadn't even gotten comfortable in the old school comfort of Alan's waiting area in a rocking chair that took me back to childhood in Mexico, when he came in and said in a pleasant voice "all done!". The outdoor plants and trees remind of grandma's house in old Mexico, and for the price of $25.50 and a smile on his face, I would HIGHLY recommend Alan's Auto Services for a state inspection and other services. I haven't been there in years, and I don't even know why I tried other locations. I tried the rest, and I returned to the BEST! Thank you, Alan!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Alan Auto Services My recent encounter with Alan Auto Services has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to potential customers. I entrusted my car to Alan Auto Services for a rear main seal service. Early one morning, I dropped off my vehicle at their facility with the expectation that they would complete the service within three days and give me a call once it was ready. However, what transpired during those three days was nothing short of a nightmare in terms of customer service. To my dismay, I received no communication from Alan Auto Services during the entire three-day period. Feeling anxious and frustrated, I finally decided to take the initiative and call them at the end of the third day. To my shock, I was informed that my car had not been touched at all and that I was welcome to come and collect it if I so desired. The level of irresponsibility and neglect exhibited by Alan Auto Services is truly disheartening. After retaining my car for three days without any updates or communication, their complete lack of professionalism and customer service standards is deeply concerning. I dont even have words to express the unacceptable and disappointing cruel experience has been. The absence of communication and the blatant disregard for my time and trust have left me with an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Alan Auto Services to anyone based on the experience I have endured.

I have honestly only good things to say about my experience today. I took my car in because I drove over some rocks on the highway two months ago and smelled exhaust at the time + condensation on bottom of car. Sati not only thoroughly visually inspected everything on the chassis but gave me tips on maintenance, checking levels, and overall advice. He even let me see the chassis to understand what’s going on. Then he had his mechanic test drive it for another issue. All for an extremely reasonable inspection price that hands down beat every other auto mechanic I’ve been to. I haven’t had this level of thorough and explanatory service at any other place that charged multiples what he did. Phenomenal gem of a place. I only wish I had tipped something for the extra care he took. Will be back for sure to do that and an oil change.

5-STAR SERVICE & 5-STAR PRICE, I've been coming here for years. They are very reliable and do quality work. They warranty their work and are honest. I've referred both family & friends. My sister 's car was leaking power steering fluid really bad (a quart per day). The dealer estimate was $1,800 and the Firestone estimate $1,500. We brought it to Alan Auto - the mechanic came out, replaced 2 screws and fixed it on the spot for no charge.

I was referred to this shop after the guy where I got my oil change said his State Inspection machine was broken and being replaced tomorrow. These guys are great! They are helpful and courteous and really very busy. So plan to drop off your car or bring your knitting to have something to do while you wait. Got Inspection and AC service. Even though Safety Inspection is not required, they did a courtesy inspection to let me know of potential upcoming service items. And all very reasonably priced. Thank You!

I like work on my car myself, but sometimes I take the parts I purchased myself to Alan Auto for them to install, especially if it's a labor intensive job in the hot summer. They charge a very fair rate and don't mind me bringing in my own parts. Their honesty even saved me some money when replacing an AC compressor because they captured and reused the Freon. They could have easily charged me for new refrigerant and I would not have questioned it. They definitely earned my trust with that one. Don't be deceived by looks. This shop looks well-used and is always crowded with cars, but that is exactly what I like to see in a mechanic shop.
