I purchased tires 2 months ago. I was trying to find the most reasonable price. These guys made it there duty to help me find the best price as possible. They explained everything thoroughly. Not only did the provide excellent customer service they also was fast and efficient with the job. I expected it to be expensive as hell due to me having a charger but they work with me. They had what I needed and stock and offer other services to help the car drive better. For it to be a small location these guys know how to take care of business.

Had a great experience at pep boys today! I had a blowout and then my donut went flat due to running over a roofing staple. I brought my own new tires to them to mount and balance and Marqius didn’t hesitate to assist! His outstanding customer service and his bright personality took a weight off of my shoulders! Unfortunately I do not remember the tech that did the work on my car but he was efficient and professional! They made me aware of other things I needed to address with my vehicle in the near future and made me feel like family! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I will definitely be bringing my Mercedes back for service at this location! Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation bearable!

I have used their services three times for tire repairs sunce moving to Dallas. They have been very accommodating and professional. I had a trip on Friday and had to get to the airport early. Thursday evening I had a flat. They worked me in and found the tire could not be repaired. I needed all new tires so they were able to replace them late that day. And I got buy three get one free. What service!

Chris from Pep Boys is the best around. We took our 2017 Nissan Rouge in because of an oil leak and expecting to pay a good chunk of change to get it fixed. Chris created a customer for life by being nice and not taking advantage of car-ignorant people. Turns out it was just a loose oil filter. We could have easily been taken advantage of and been none the wiser. Chris and team is amazing, and i cant wait to get the oil changed on my truck later this week.

They did install my new alternator quickly, but two problems arose before I even got off the lot. I turned around. My truck is now at another PepBoys to fix the new problems. They were good about towing it at no cost to a closer store, but in general, little communication. I was the one that always called to check on progress.

I had an appointment yesterday through car advice I dropped the car at 12 noon, approved all expenses at 1 and paid them. They updated the car is ready for pickup at 3:30 and it is to get the money from caradvice. I was waiting in the pepboys for 3 hours after they updated the system that car is ready for pickup.They were behaving as if they are doing me a favor. Very poor work quality. My car system is not reset after brake pad replacement bcoz they don’t have main mechanic. Chris also mentioned they didn’t anticipate this much work for changing brake pads on newer cars. When I was there they made a tire patch person to wait 2 hours to fix a nail. Also they give brake pads with life time warranty to a car which has its transmission blown off. Stay away from this place.Chris or Christopher was the person who took care of front desk.he talks too much and annoying. Also they want me to change tires and adding more work rather than the ones I am in there to fix.they didn’t even start working until I had to decline all the new works. Told them very clearly at the beginning that to change only the parts I am in there for. Any new work I will come back later. Pls read all negative reviews about this place. No calls were received even though they said they will call before they open the car, after they close the car , before they order the parts, after the mechanic had lunch, but no calls. They don’t have a master technician in this place. So if your car is new then take it to dealership. I ended up paying dealership 140$ to reset the brake life bcoz no mechanic shops have the device. God knows if they really changed the parts.** update 11/30/25 they didn’t change my parts ..took my money, took my new parts, gave me headache.. no more to pep boys***

Glad Pep Boys is open on Sundays as had a large nail in my tire and didn’t want to drive too much with it. I found online that Pep Boys does tire repair w/ balancing and overall car check for $25/ tire. The manager on site wasn’t aware of the deal but honored it. A nice tech volunteered to fix my tire. My sister took her 2012 Nissan Altima for the power steering because the vehicle was experiencing mechanical issues. Auto techs skimmed through the vehicle without being thorough and without effort to find the obvious issue. They couldn't find the issue. Poor customer service experience with staff attempting minimal effort and not striving for excellence. We ended up taking it to Goodyear with prestigious service that demonstrates effort by they're ASE. I would recommend a professional shop checks vehicle by the book and by what the customer is experiencing. These techs are a joke and couldn't find the problem. I had to take it to another professional that was able identify the problem easy as 123. The power steering now works at a 100 percent. I recommend going to a solid and committed mechanic team with real leadership.
