In the market for a car for a couple months now - and finally purchased with Joe Silverman and Nick Fograse yesterday. I could not be happier! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and was blown away by the level of honesty and first class service from both of them. I’m confident I wasn’t the easiest client to work with (after going back and forth on several different makes and models) but not once did I ever feel like they were growing impatient. Joe ended up answering all of my questions on buying new, buying used, leasing options, all of the warranties, etc. and never once got pushy or aggressive. They both even encouraged me to explore all of my options, but ended up making the purchase with them because of the level of service and honesty exhibited (I looked around at several dealers). I really couldn’t be more appreciative of all of the work that Joe and Nick did for me during the process (especially Joe), and I would recommend the two to anyone. Even if you shop around, you have to at least come talk to one of the two. Thanks Joe and Nick!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi in Naperville and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I called in the morning to put a car on hold (lesson learned from missing out on two others before!) and spoke with Muskan, who guided me through the simple hold process. She was helpful and clear, making everything easy. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the front desk staff and soon after met Muskan in person. We took the car out for a test drive, and I knew pretty quickly it was the one for me. What really stood out was how genuine and attentive Muskan was — not pushy at all like you might expect from a typical salesperson. She really listened to what I needed and made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. We negotiated a deal that worked for both of us, and I was happy to drive off with my new car. I then met with Arshan from the finance team, who was just as great to work with. He helped break down the numbers in a way that made sense and worked with me on selecting the right extended warranty — not just pushing the most expensive option, but helping me choose one that fit my needs and budget. He was easy to talk to and made the financing process smooth and stress-free. Overall, my experience at Audi Naperville was fantastic. The team was friendly, honest, and truly had my best interests in mind. I’d definitely come back here for my next car!

When we walked into Audi Naperville, we were promptly greeted with a smile by Nick. We went in wanting to look at a few different vehicles, Nick made it easy, allowing us to look at and drive both of the cars we were interested in. After driving both cars Nick, unprompted, offered to show us both cars Carfax reports as well as their pre-owned vehicle certification reports from their internal inspection. After reviewing, and deciding which vehicle made the most sense for us, Nick made working the numbers very easy and transparent! After finalizing the deal he quickly prepared the rest of the paperwork and got us into the finance office with Amy, who was just as easy to work with! She was very transparent and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. Overall we had a great experience getting our new Audi and couldn’t be more happy with the service! I'd been searching for a used A4 Allroad for several months and was happy to finally find the right one at Audi Naperville. I was fortunate to work with Muskan, who made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from the initial test drive to the final paperwork (which ended up being spread out over a week due to my travel schedule). Muskan was consistently responsive and genuinely helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, accommodated my requests, and made sure everything stayed on track despite my extended timeline. Our sales person, Ashley, is nothing short of amazing. We first visited Audi a little over a year ago looking to trade in one of our vehicles. Had a great experience purchasing an Audi S3 from Audi Naperville. The entire process was done remotely and my sales person, Iman, was terrific. They were very fair in making deal in which everyone won. Iman was also great in setting up the MMI with my user id remotely BUT now it's been 4 months after purchase and I still have NO LICENSE plate and my car has been in the garage for a month with an expired temporary plate. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer if you are in another state because the agency they use to process the out-of-state titling and registration is INCOMPETENT and completely unresponsive.

My experience at this dealer was atypical—in the best way. I worked with Nick from Sales, and he’s simply a good human. Easy to work with, honest, and fair. We agreed on a deal, and I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle while waiting for my previous car to be declared a total loss. That process took much longer than expected, and I really appreciated how patient Nick was throughout. Amy from Finance was also great—straightforward, transparent about warranty options, and fair. Overall, this was a genuinely positive experience. Although I never left a review for my previous Audi dealership in Westmont, (because I'm too nice) I can confidently say you’ll likely have a much better experience here at Audi Naperville. For context, my last visit to Audi Westmont for service on an A3 e-tron resulted in an unnecessary $9K repair estimate. The car was actually fine—it had just reacted to subzero weather. I towed it to a trusted mechanic, who reset the codes, monitored it for five days, and confirmed everything was normal. That was years ago, and I’ve driven 30,000 more miles since without a single issue. I love my new (to me) E-tron! 5 stars across the board.
