Took my truck to an oil change and check up for some noises my truck was making. Was told by the person who checked me in some weird explation of the new way trucks are being made and that was the reason for the nosies. I may not be a mechanic but a new truck does not make noises like if it was 10 years old with engine problems. Finally took it to the GMC location on Lake st in Aurora and got it fixed.

Worst experience I ever had. A representative told me it was going to take about an hour to diagnose my car. It took 3 hours and nobody even asked if I could wait so long. When they brought my car back the A/C stopped working. They didn't even try to figure out why. They just told me: We know nothing about it 🤷🏻♂️. So I just spent 3 hours there while they made my car work worse.

I find them friendly and helpful when I have to take my vehicle in. They estimate about 1 hour per issue to be worked on and that is generally in line with what I have experienced though on the high side. My only issue has been the lack of call back when replacement parts are ready. I have never been notified when a part I've ordered or a replacement part service ordered has come in. I had to call to get those details myself which is a bit frustrating especially now that my truck needs a new OnStar module and they are backordered now.

I went to Woody GMC after the dealership my family and I normally go through did not have what I was looking for. I was a bit nervous having to go somewhere else, but the Sales consultant, Tom Anderson, who helped me from start to finish was absolutely fantastic! He was great with answering all of my questions and making the process super easy especially with buying from out of state (NWI). I am very happy with my new car and I would highly recommend them!

They are always busy, only few reps are accommodative , never give the car on time as promised during service times. We have been a customer for the past 7-8 years and we always lease our SUV’s from them. Being an old customer also you don’t get any perks for at least d basic service or any other prob. Lately gmc Denali Yukon has had recalls, it’s been past 1 mth I have been trying to schedule an appt for a rental so they can work on my car as they need 4-5 hours but they never have any cars even being In the wait list line or call back and there is no co ordination between the staff itself.. we love gmc and that’s y keep leasing our SUV’s but I wish i cld use another location than the Ogden but unfortunately we live too close to them to drive any other place . Service department is the worst in Ogden.

I’ve gone a few times and had thought the service was good. They even gave me a free oil change once. My last experience there was so bad I never want to go back and will tell people to avoid the service department. The communication was spotty and rude. I had a detailed written explanation of the problem in the appointment scheduler but was still cut off multiple times by the manager Lori while being blamed for me not telling them what the issue was and it was really them missing the problem and presenting me with two estimates. They took a week to fix it. I was treated rudely and felt I was being gaslighted when I had written proof it was their error. They did fix it, reduced the price a little, and Manager Brian gave a loaner after I paid, showed up, and found that the car was still not fixed. Overall, a dealership should not treat someone like this. We even had purchased the vehicle there!
