A terrible experience. My car is currently at a shop being repaired for the damage caused at Auto Dynamics. I hate to say bad things about anything or anyone but this place is very unethical. $1700 later and I'm paying someone else to repair my car. Reset engine light just so you can leave the property and the problem re-emerges. I went in for a simple valve cover gasket replacement and now the car backfires, etc. 80,000 miles on car. Again, this is normally not my style but this experience just isn't right and I want to warn prospective customers. Don't let the initial quote grab you, they will call and up the cost. Trust me on that. Run, Run, Run. Horrible business!!

10/2022; The car needed A LOT of repairs, drives like a new car now and they did a fantastic job, great service. I came back again 2 years later 10/2024; They did a so so job once again, Keith is (was until he ghosted me) awesome at customer care and (didn't) repair everything it needed. 10/2024, the mechanic did not tighten the bolts on the pulley that goes over the water pump they installed so the pulley came off and shredded the belts as I was pulling in my driveway, I called them and said they would be out, to look at it, my car sat for 10 days. They came and had it towed, and then I got it back. On 11/24, I called them up because after the shocks were replaced in the rear the car felt like it was on ice in the, I took Keith for a ride and he agreed something was very wrong. I Can't really drive it because it is dangerous to drive, especially on the highways. Keith ghosted me. 11/2024 Anyways, about a month later I took it to another mechanic and he said the control arm bushings were literally gone on it (I decided to have them do it), and that the mechanic that put the shocks on must have been blind. If I was told that the control arms were in need of replacement, I would have paid Auto Diagnostics to do it, but you let my car sit for 10 days, then ghost me when my car was UN-drivable because the bushings were bad when you know very well I have no issue spending money on maintenance for my car.

I went to a different mechanic off of 41, they told me 2,100.00 to repair my muffler. I want to Auto Dynamics, and they fix my muffler for $230.00. I am a woman, I'm going to mechanics places they like to take advantage of you. Not this place they treated you just like anybody else. Thank you Keith, which was the manager. I WILL BE BACK.

When you fold the driver door into the fender you deserve negative five stars Edit* not sure how it was rated 5 by me but I corrected it. Folded the door of the black ambulance into the fender. You replaced it with a non painted aftermarket fender and still didn't get the transmission rebuilt right. I have the absolute correct location. Still don't like your Smart car

I bought a vintage truck which looked great and ran fine briefly. Then suddenly a bunch of things broke at once including the computer burning out. Turns out the previous owner had been chasing wiring issues and there was a lot jury rigging work arounds. Keith's team was able trace the problems and rewired it back to factory stock. Took my Suv to Auto Dynamics and few weeks ago. I've been to places that have tried to swindle me and sell me things I don't need assuming I know nothing about what's under my hood. I went here trying somewhere new because it was recommended by a friend. They are a true no BS shop. Hard to find an honest mechanic shop. I can honestly say they have your wallet & vehicles best interest at heart. Don't waste your time going to the BIG name BRAND shop down the street who will sell you blinker fluid and premium air 🤣.

Over a year ago I had A/C issues and went to a shop on 41 and Pine Island in North Fort Myers, they gave me some crazy estimate for over $2500 to fix it, the truck was over 15 years old and I would not invest $2500 in to it, A week later I went for a second opinion and they said that they cannot give me an estimate until they need to fix some wiring. I few hours later I get a call and they said that it's all fixed for $200. That's an honest shop that I recommend.

My old mechanic was trying to charge me 2-3x what it costs for my repair. Keith was honest and up front. Replaced everything wrong for 1/3 of what my so-called mechanic was going to charge me! And to top it off Keith discovered that my former mechanic improperly installed a carrier bearing on my truck!!! Highly recommend! Great communication

Had them change out a transmission through a warranty company in 2023, when they said it was done. We picked up and couldn't even drive it to the light. I had to tow it back. It wasn't programmed, right? They fixed it. The truck has been fine since last week. It's doing the same thing it was doing in 23 when I brought it there. So I called and asked for the warranty that was on it. They told me 12 months. Well, I called the place that sent the transmission to them for replacement, and they told me 36 months.I don't appreciate the lieing if you didn't want to work on the truck, then say that. This business does not honor any warranties.

Keith was excepcional. After my SUV left me stranded. I had it towed to Auto Dynamics. Recommend by Jacquline Hollern. I expect the normal. We will put you on the schedule. But to my surprise. They shifted everything around for me and fix my suv in 24hr period. As a working man. We know how valuable that is. They communicate what was wrong with my SUV and the fix. Given a price quote. And happy that the actual price was much less than the quoted. I’m going to continue to take my suv to Auto Dynamics from here forward. Very honest shop. And we all know how hard that is to find. To Keith and Cass, I appreciate you both. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You help me keep food on my table for my family. I recommend everyone to bring their vehicles to Auto Dynamics.
