Was very disappointed. We called to bring my car in the check to see what was wrong and they never mentioned to me that it would be $50 just to check. They made me fill out forms where none of that was mentioned and when I decided I did not want to do the work right there, they said it’s $50. Which is so unprofessional. You should let people know there’s a fee to check what’s going on with your car because every else an engine light is free to check. I got referred to this place and now will not refer because of poor communication.

I want to say many thanks to Patty and Charlie! I have had some difficulties with a device I had to have installed in my vehicle. They both have helped me thru learning the device and being kind while helping me manage. Also I had some mechanical problems with the vehicle. They were able to get me an appointment (s) in a timely manner and the work that was done was very good. I highly recommend Charlie's Auto Fix for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Terrible businessman! Had my car towed for damaged tire. He said he had to do a diagnostic test for further damage. His charge, $600. Car dealers charge approximately $199 for a diagnostic test. He replaced tire (not the same brand as those installed6 months previously) with a cheap tire and told me the original tire was no longer available which was I correct. Would not reimburse money for difference of quoted tire and cheap tire.. What a croc! I am female and felt he took advantage of me. He said he bent over backwards to help me after I repeatedly had to make phone calls to find out status of repair. The office does not return phone calls like they say they will. After asking for a complete itemized statement 3 times,I never received one. I will not refer him to anyone.

Ruined my uncles car by making the gas tank inaccessible, brought it in and promised a “quick fix”. Had to pay 50 dollars for a two minute fix that they messed up.. lady was extremely rude and argumentative and continually cussed and used inappropriate language. No thank you

You should be close down so unprofessional and thieves I told your wife not run any report on the car and she still did just to charge me more money I called every day to pick my car up and your wife will only said I’ll have my employee call you back and I waited and when she finally called me have a different amount over the phone and when I got there to pick up my car it was a different amount because of the scam of the owner decided to charge me more for calling him a thief you should be a shame on yourself using peoples problems to take advantage. That a good thing business like your can be reported Thieves you help yeah a lot charging $300 for a battery and then charge me again for the same battery thanks for all your help thieves

Patty and Charlie went above and beyond for me today. Sound playground BUTCHERED wiring in my car that could have led to a much larger problem. After a frustrating month of visiting multiple different shops and finding nothing but disappointment I finally found Charlie's Autofix. I will recommend to anyone that asks. And I cant thank them enough for all their time, effort, and kindness.

I've been going to Charlie since I moved down. Sadly, after I invested trust, business, & $900 for them to replace radiator it was still overheating. So I had someone different look at the vehicle just to learn they put the wrong radiator fluid in the vehicle they put like Ford fluid in instead of Honda fluid and one of the rubber pieces was messed up and needed replacing and somebody either didn't notice it or didn't inform me. Quite disappointed. Welcome to finding good service in FL.

I brought my range Rover to Charlie's auto fix to get an interlock blow device out in my car. Nothing was wrong with the range Rover when I bought it to Charlie's but when they started to put the device in they told me my antifreeze was leaking from my water pump. I ended up trusting the mechanic and let them do the work and costed me over $800. When I picked the range Rover up after they said they fixed it it was already low in antifreeze and was still leaking. I brought it back to Charlie's and explained it hasn't been fixed yet. So now they say it's a plastic piece leaking and want another 600 to fix it. I told them I'm not paying for something that was never fixed. I ended up taking it to another mechanic and they verified that no water pump was never changed out and is leaking. So Charlie's autofix ripped me off 800 and never did any work and they won't admit it and won't refund my money. I'll be taking them to court I would suggest everyone stay far away from this criminal I hope they get shut down

Car would be better off if I never went to Charlie’s auto fix. They broke the belt to my compressor for the ac and claimed it wasn’t them. It was working perfectly fine before I took it in. I went in to have them look at my radiator and they messed up my ac.

Scammers. I went into Charlie’s for a routine check on my engine. He claimed that I need a new combustion chamber. Went to a different mechanic and he said not at all. Charlie and his workers will appear nice and friendly but it’s all an act to get your money.

This is the best auto mechanic I have found in Florida he was friendly professional he took my vehicle immediately for the repairs it needed and this is the most important most unbelievable thing I ever in encountered with a garage when he called me to pick up my vehicle it was substantially less then what he explained at the time I dropped off the vehicle I know sounds like it's a fairy tale but charlie is honest and true he staff treated me like family and I have a new best friend chubby love this shop and ane his staff I really did not think mechanics like charlie still existed thank you very much for the honesty and professionalism you made my week.
