Chino took great care of me!!!! I had a 1990 Mercedes 420SEL I went to three places they couldn’t get one of the bolts out so they recommended this place Tire discount and they took my bolt right out and my rim is perfect. They changed my tire. The service was incredible and amazing Chino did a great job. Excellent personality. I highly recommend this place to anybody if I can give 1000 stars I would.

i was quoted $150 for a set of 4 used tires installed through fb messenger (they knew exact size) and it's advertised everywhere. once tires are i go to pay i was told $276, included an alignment.. didn't ask for an alignment once but if you think one is necessary then alright i'll trust the pros. while i do think it's still a decent price, it's still $126 more than i was expecting to spend that day. luckily i was able to afford it, but some people might not be able to if they only bring the 150. then a worker said to us "yeah, the owner will do that..". so tires are done, here i am waiting another 30 to pull up for an alignment. guy puts it up in the lift and says basically the car is rusted so it's gonna cost extra to do it. i know it's got rust, it's from the harsh winters up north. that's a given. i ended up saying forget it, not wanting to pay more or risking messing something else up under there. i did appreciate his honesty and the fact he didn't just go ahead with it. but then i get in and my low tire pressure lights on. he also did quickly fix the tire pressure issue for me. they are definitely hard workers which i respect but the experience did leave a bad taste in my mouth.. i paid more than i was quoted and i paid for an alignment i didn't get done. receipt says no refunds allowed, figures. i won't be back and won't recommend to anybody. sucks because i have been looking for an honest non chain/corporate tire shop to rely on for the needs of my other cars too but apparently the search is still on.

Poor quality and the techs say one price the counter will claim a higher price and hold you until you pay. Tire broke 2 days later from poor quality and they claim I'd have to wait days to get it repaired by them. It's a first come first serve BUT ONLY when they make money off of you. Horrible Business acumen

Beyond grateful for this place It is Monday, October 6 2025. I went in for three tire patches and left with four new tires for a deal. This place truly shows the care they have the customers and 100% are willing to work with you even if money is tight. I’ve lived down here for 4-5 months and think I found my forever tire place to go to. The boys are definitely quick with getting the work done as well. Glad I came across this place beyond satisfied, 10 out of 10 service and will definitely recommend to family and friends got a trucks I’m bringing down as well this will be the first place I go to for any tire needs!! I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this shop was so frustrating that I feel obligated to share it. I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday after being told the inspection would be ready the next day. Instead, I waited over a week before I finally received a call the following Monday. The call came directly from the owner, who was extremely rude and demanding, asking “what are we going to do to your car?” even though I hadn’t been given any quotes yet. When I finally did receive pricing, the amount kept changing. Despite the red flags, I decided to go through with the repairs, only for them to push back the completion day multiple times. When I arrived to pick up my car, they charged me the amount I was originally quoted. After the payment went through, the owner suddenly added extra charges, claiming they had fixed additional issues that I never approved or consented to. To make things even worse, after leaving the shop, my car still wasn’t functioning properly. I ended up having to take it to another mechanic who confirmed the work had been poorly done and had to fix it all over again costing me even more money. I will say that the workers themselves were polite, but the owner’s attitude and unprofessional behavior completely overshadow anything positive. In my opinion, this is not a place where customer concerns matter, and the lack of care and transparency made this one of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars. I brought my truck in for a brake job and to get my brake booster replaced I was told by one of the workers that it’s cheaper to buy the part and bring it in so I went and bought a brake booster and had them install it in total I spent nearly $1,000 on a job that normally cost $500 and in addition I they caused my master cylinder to leak and I lost all brakes on my way home I went to replace it and one of the studs on the brake booster I had just bought was missing and it was a brand new part I just bought on 12/30/25 and asked for THEM to install they completed the job while also making the problem worse and I now have to replace the brand new brake booster. This is NOT a place to get your car serviced and for them to take 2 weeks is absurd. DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE

Called last week Wednesday for a quote for 4 brand new Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT tires and so far, this place had the best price in town! I spoke to Jr, quoted me on the phone right away and had them in stock for the weekend. The guy who attended me is super nice, helpful, and as a women, I didn’t like would have been unhelpful otherwise.
