Took my truck in because it was leaking coolant. Young girl working the reception desk was absolutely no help. After being told they were too busy to look at it, they took it back and had "diagnosed" it after about 45 minutes. Was told I needed a new radiator. Quoted 515 dollars which although steep for such a job, I agreed as I needed it done promptly. Ten minutes after leaving I received a call informing me that the price would actually be 560 as they "forgot to include the coolant". Pretty unprofessional to modify an agreed upon quote. Looking back on it, it's clear they were just trying to take advantage of someone they thought wasn't familiar with cars. I told them I wasn't going to pay that much and picked up the truck. Took it to an honest mechanic who told me the radiator was perfectly fine. He swapped out a plastic coolant housing that connected a hose that ran from the coolant reservoir for under $50 dollars. Problem solved. They were obviously preying on someone that they thought they could take advantage of. It's a shame because I was recommended to Edward by a friend that he's always treated right, but since he wasn't there when I took the truck in, they were not helpful at all. They would benefit from doing honest work for everyone, not just friends.

Quick, professional and affordable service! My daughters car broke down I called E&W and within an hour the vehicle was at thier shop. The repairs were done the next day and price was beyond reasonable. I highly recommend this mechanic shop.

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with this shop. I had my vehicle brought in to repair a simple power steering fluid leak and to repair a squealing belt sound. They said they repaired it and charged me $700! I got the car back and it still squealed and the power steering was still leaking. They said they replaced all the belt pulleys to fix the squealing which turned out to be not necessary as it did not fix the issue. The car was immediately brought back. They did fix the power steering leak which was a very simple fix. But then we were told the belt squealing could not be fixed. I was out $700 for what equated to replacing a cheap power steering hose. Replacing the belt pulleys they said they did was useless. And then to be told it just can’t be fixed. Is that not their job? To properly diagnose and repair car issues properly? I ended up bringing the vehicle to another mechanic who repaired the issue quickly and easily and cheaply. Yet this shop soaked me for $700 for basically nothing and was wrong to tell me it couldn’t be fixed. The truth is, they are not skilled enough to diagnose the issue considering it was easily diagnosed and repaired by another mechanic. I truly feel I was robbed of my money and should have not been charged. They should have not replaced parts that did not need replacing especially when the end result was that they were unable to fix such an easy problem. Trust me. Find another mechanic. They are very friendly but a smile and friendly service without a resolution was not worth $700

I really appreciate this shop. They always give me a break down of the prices for everything and are reasonable with regard to the time they take, how they bill, the work they do and the price they charge. One of the only shops around I trust. They take the time to explain always what has to be done. I always educate myself on the job at hand and even look up prices for the job, compare prices for service, parts, etc., because I don't like to over pay or get ripped off so I verify. They have fixed stuff for me free when it was simple and they additionally have given me parts from there shop on hand. Ed is fantastic and I genuinely appreciate their time and work! The girls upfront are very nice and courteous as well. I feel they look out for me to not over bill or replace stuff that is not needed. I have been going here for a couple years. A couple times I had issues fixed (one was brakes rubbing) that needed adjusting after their service. They took me back in and fixed it both times immediately. I would recommend to anyone and do your own diligence/research on cost for whatever job you them or anyone else do.

My family has done business with for a long time, but I took my '20 Toyota Tundra in for the first time for some basic maintenance and not only did they take the time to take me out to the bay to show me everything going on with the vehicle, but he went above and beyond diagnosis a squeel coming from one of my tires w/o coming up with a number of reasons to get more expensive, and needless fixes to resolve the issue. I left there after one trip and can honestly say I felt like they charge a fair price, won't rip you off and not going to give customers the run around either. Between myself and the rest of the family, we will be repeat customers for life with all 5 of our cars. Hard to find mechanics worth their salt who won't rip you off, and I am happy to say I won't be going anywhere else in the Cape from here on out.

I took my Mercedes for two things, oil change (B-1) and they took it right away. The receptionist was very helpful. The auxiliary battery had to be replaced so they ordered it and replaced it two days later. Edward took it on time and it was done in less than an hour. Their prices were very fair and they had the right equipment to reset my computer without dealership. They were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone!
