Fantastic customer service, quick scheduling, highly professional. My glass claim with them was super easy. I also got a loaner car so I could go to work while my windshield was being done. The tech was very nice and explained the process well. I haven’t had any issues with my windshield or recalibration. The glass is high quality. I’ve never walked away from a car maintenance experience feeling good (oil changes, work, etc) UNTIL AGE. Best car related experience I’ve ever had.

Edit: company called me about the review with so much attitude. If you guys can’t do the job you won’t get paid for it! Stop calling to harass me! Horrible, I will not argue with horrible work and horrible customer service. My insurance took them off their list! I had a horrible job done on my jeep, there was broken glass all over my driveway and car. (It was unbroken) Then the “owner” of the company was very unprofessional by not only putting our conversation on speaker phone for the whole office to hear but by telling me that “if I think I can do a better job then I should do it myself” I would never ever go to them ever again. I would never let them step foot on your property unless you want a half done job and broken glass left all over your property. I had my agent take them off their recommended list. Absolutely never go here! Only gets one star because I have to put a star. I wouldn’t even let them come back to remove it. Just avoid completely!

My insurance agent recommended AGE 15 years ago & I've only called them since. They're pretty punctual, very communicative, & do great work. I've been lucky enough to get away with repairs most of the time. This time it ended up being a replacement, which I usually hate cause they never look the same. Man have they proven me wrong!! I have a BMW M6 & when the tech said it needs to be a replacement I griped about replacements never looking right. The tech (Brent Larange) stepped up to the plate big time!! He called it in & made sure to request an aftermarket windshield, made by the same supplier that BMW used so it would look exactly the same.. then he also insisted on original BMW surround moulding. When he was done, I couldn't tell it was replaced! Excellent attention to detail on Brent's part! I was very impressed. He also took a few extra minutes to hide the wiring for my dash-cam while the window was out so it was no longer dangling down from the camera. I'm big on customer service & quality work, both of which Brent nailed!! From now on I will request him as my tech when needed. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks AGE & Brent Larange! You knocked it out of the park!

I’m beyond impressed with the service I received from Ray Orgua today! My windshield had 2 rock chips from a recent roadtrip, and I was worried about it spreading quickly. I talked to Ray and he was able to fit me in for same-day service in my driveway! He arrived on time, was very professional and communicated very well every step of the way.
