Updated Edit: Review changed to 5 stars. The owner reached out to me to work out a solution to the issue described below. It seems there may have been a miscommunication regarding the cost of the repair. It is nice to see a company that takes the initiative to solve customer problems like this. As mentioned in the original review, there were no problems at all with the customer service or promptness of service. Edit: I see that the owner sent me an email regarding this. Will update the review pending further action. I'm really disappointed that I have to give this a negative review. Here's the situation: my rear DS window broke on the freeway a few days ago. I ordered the glass myself and completely disassembled the door to install the glass. I didn't feel confident that I would be able to get it in alone due to the weird angle that it needed to be slid in, so I called to see if a technician could come out to JUST slide the glass into the door. I was quoted $50-180, depending on the amount of work needed. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and courteous. I received a call from the technician within an hour to let me know he would be arriving soon. He arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful. It took about 10 minutes to put the glass in (there was a trim piece on the outside of the window frame that needed to be removed prior to putting the glass in; one screw was removed and the trim was slid out. There was also a guide track on the inside of the door that needed removed.). Once the glass was in, he discovered that the window regulator was bad, so he anchored the bracket to the track with a self-tapping screw to prevent it from sliding down until I could replace the regulator. He called the office to ask about the charge, and he told me that it was $150. I was obviously surprised that 10-15 minutes of work (removing the trim, sliding the glass in, and installing the screw) was worth ~$10/minute. Due to the minimal amount of work that was done, I was fully expecting that the charge would be the $50 (minimum) amount that I was quoted. I understand that there has to be a charge for travel and labor, but a charge that is almost the maximum I was quoted is EXTREMELY excessive. I'd give 5 stars for the customer service, friendliness of the interaction, and promptness of the service. I'd give negative stars if I could for the cost to labor calculation. As I mentioned at the beginning, I'm disappointed that I have to leave a negative review because they seem like a good company.

In my experience, Rachel was absolutely EXCELLENT! Extremely helpful and her follow up was a 10!! Whatever systems set by the company presented exhausting amounts of calls and texts, which became a tremendous naissance (hence the 4 of 5 stars), but the way Rachel addressed my feedback was professional and best of all, real. As for the technician, Randy called ahead of time, was quick and thorough and refreshingly friendly. I will definitely recommend Excellent Auto Glass when asked!!

Couldn't have been easier. Called got a quote for my husband's car, asked about some cracks in mine. Husbands was cash and done same day. Mine was ordered, verified with insurance and replaced within 2 days. The technician even fixed some things the previous person from a different company has done incorrectly. I was on the phone with Bobby and he made the process so simple and easy. We called Friday and made the appointment for Tuesday. The technician was running late and Bobby handled everything for us to get the technician here on time. Once the technician Randy arrive within the scheduled time, he did a great job and had the windshield installed in less than 40 minutes. If Bobby sees this, I would like him to know that his customer service is greatly appreciated (good customer service reps seem to be a dying breed) and to keep up the good work! From the first call I made Rachel was amazing and very accommodating, she tried everything she could do to fit me in their schedule same day, even though it was already Late in the afternoon after another glass company came out with the wrong window for my truck. they did everything they could do to try to work around my hectic schedule, where I travel around the valley for work and had me scheduled for the earliest appointment available the next morning Rafael did an amazing job with the installation and cleanup not to mention the manager, Dave gave me his personal number the night before so I could contact him directly if anything changed. Orville was very patient with me as I was in an appointment after the truck had gotten done and waited multiple hours for me to be able to call him back to give him my card information. All in all this whole group is amazing. I would recommend them to anybody and the price was more than fair I feel like I got a great deal. They are my go to glass company for any of my needs or anyone else I know needs window replacements. Thanks again to all of you. You made this seamless with my hectic schedule.

Not pleased at all. The guy Iβm assuming is contracted by this company. They came to replace my windshield on a Monday and the. Broke the replacement. Scheduled to come back with another that following Friday. No one showed up so I call customer line. They canceled my appointment then contacted customer care another time to just keep being told that the βbossβ would call me multiple times with no contact to be done. All Iβm trying to do is get my windshield replaced properly and nothing is being done professionally about this. Highly disappointed.

Excellent customer service and quality work! I spoke with Chris the night before and he was able to schedule me for a replacement windshield first thing in the morning the following day. Chris did such an amazing job explaining everything in detail while still being genuine and personable. The technician the following day Randy or Ray was honest and efficient with the job. This marks the fifth time this month I have asked to take off their phone call list. Instead of the employee being reasonable and confirming that he will take me off, he cuts me off, tells me to have a good day, and hangs up on me. In the past, I told them I will reach out when I need help, now my response has changed, I will never use this company again for this reason. Iβve been so nice and patient, Iβm kind with every employee who has to do these cold calls - this time Iβm reporting it to the FTC. Yβall can also have an amazing day.

Artemio did a wonderful job at the time of service. However I want to provide feedback as I am disappointed in my experience after the fact. I purchased a windshield from Excellent Auto Glass with the understanding that I will have a one year chip repair warranty on my windshield. That was one of the selling points as to why I chose to move forward with using the company. I ended up getting a chip in my windshield a week after my replacement windshield was installed. I set up an appointment to get the chip repaired. The technician did not show up. I rescheduled the appointment to another day since the technician did not show up to my original appointment, and again the technician did not show up. I reached out for a third time to reschedule, and I was informed they would pass this on to the technician manager and that I would be contacted. It has been three weeks, and I have not heard anything. I sent a text yesterday to try to get rescheduled for a fourth time, and did not receive any communication back. I am very disappointed as this is not the service I would strive to provide as a business owner. I hope this feedback can be used to provide further training for future interactions with customers.

I told this company to stop calling my work phone about 10 times now. Every time I call I get hung up on by the reception lady. I donβt even remember her name is I believe itβs Tina. Extremely rude and disrespectful. And now Iβm getting text messages. They tell me Iβm a previous customer, but thatβs not true. Itβs a work phone. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Leave the working class people alone.

I had my windshield replaced by this company about 4 years ago. At the time, the service was fine, nothing notable. Since then I have received so many sales calls and texts from this company. Iβve moved out of state and asked to be taken off their list, yet they still reach out. I would caution against using their service unless youβre fine with being on their call and text list until the day you die. Incredibly irritating and a shady business practice, IMO.

I wanted to give a 5 star review, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the calibration guy (Brandon - with a Jacksonville, FL phone #) that was suppose to calibrate the cameras on my Honda after the windshield was replaced. Brandon didnβt call when he said he would call. When he did finally call, I would get excuses and a long back story about why he couldnβt come to my location. When we finally agreed on a date & time, he never showed up. I was forced to find a different company to provide the service. Long story, short. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with a different company.

Broke my rear window while on vacation in St. Augustine Florida. I called them and they had my truck rear window in stock. They said they vacuum all the glass up and it will look like new. Made appointment for following day. Sub-contractor shows up in beat up truck. Replaces windows with a sub-quality window with defect in framework. Has a small 2 or 3 gallon shop vacuum that hardly picked up any glass. He left broken glass everywhere inside and in truck bed. He told me I needed to get my truck detailed to get the glass out. He left and we went to a car wash/vacuum site and spent 45 minutes vacuuming all the glass out ourselves. I called and told them the window wasnt right and how the install went and they promised someone would come out and look at it and fix. No one showed on the appointment day and multiple calls we were told each time a tech was on the way but nobody ever showed up. 5 days later a rep called to find out how my experience went. I told him I wasnt happy with the work and the experiance and he didn't know what to say. My insurance covered the whole price but that's not the point. The company uses subcontractors who subcontract the work out again. Highly disappointed with the experience.
