One of our Military vehicles broke down on the way to a car show July 4th on the street near Ron's Service. Even though they were closed, they came out and offered to provide tools necessary to make the repairs if needed. This is going above and beyond on a holiday. It is greatly appreciated. A business with this willingess to help is well worth supporting. Thank you from the members of Arizona Military Vehicle Owners club that were near your shop working.

Blew a tire on the freeway and pulled off conveniently next to Ron's tire center. They were willing to swap the spare at no charge but then gave me a great price on a replacement of four trailer tires and got it taken care of right away. Excellent customer service. I usually speak with Tom and Lance at the front desk. They appear to be knowledgeable and honest with their assessment regarding repairs. Whenever I have issues with my cars, they do everything possible to make me a satisfied and happy customer. I have many family members who brought their cars to this location, and I have never heard any bad reviews on their work. They answer all my questions and try to give me the best advice they can offer. All cars have issues!! They do their best to bring to the attention of the customer everything that's wrong. Sometimes, there are a few things wrong, but other times, there could be a lot depending on the vehicle maintenance history.

I was referred here because they do good work. I will say they are honest and not trying to take your money. They could’ve told me I had a lot more going on but I just needed a tire replaced. It took about 8-9 hours, but when I asked if they thought it’d be done by 3pm they said most definitely. I got my car back around 5pm. When they brought it around my new tire had some rough scratches on it, as did my rim. I would’ve appreciated someone taking responsibility but instead it was swept under the rug. Back in market for a honest, professional AND responsible mechanic. Two stars cause communication was off and I came to have my tire fixed, not to trade one problem with another.

Took it here a year or so ago. Wrote me up for $4.5k in repairs, were being dramatic saying oil was “leaking internally and externally” and that I had to get a bunch of parts replaced. I wrote a review here back then cause I could tell they weren’t being honest, they called me, asked me to remove my review and to get my car checked by others if I didn’t trust them. Well, I got it checked by two other honest mechanics and they found nothing was leaking. What the first mechanic did find was that Ron’s did not put the cap back in correctly after they changed my oil which caused the “leak”. They didn’t find any issues with the other parts that Ron’s claimed were faulty and needed replacement either. Read all the negative reviews too. If you’re gullible, this store will seem great to you. I would not recommend this store.

Had a blowout on the freeway and ended up needing to get towed because I didn’t have the lug nut key for my wheels to change it myself. Happened to randomly choose this place from my insurance because it was closest and boy am I happy it was them. They were absolutely awesome, super nice and helpful. Got me on a spare and back to work in less than an hour and ordered a replacement for me to come pick up after work, installed and balanced it all. 10/10 on everything and I’ll definitely be coming back here for routine service and oil changes. Thanks again guys!!
