I took my Infiniti to Nik 02/03/2923 HES THE BEST TO EVER HELP ME WE ARE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE SPECIFICALLY because of him. Go to Brake Masters in Tempe as I have including on May 3rd, 2018 to drop it off, overnight. I have the brakes replaced (rotors & pads) Josh was a huge help, which is a huge turn around from the last time I had my brakes replaced in August of 2017. He was upfront & professional while displaying constant courtesy. Shocked so with great pride I can say this place is a 110% the best auto repair or brake shop in the area. It’s hard to find a place dedicated like this Josh and his guys, (once in a blue moon people) You got my vote, your level of standards is awesome. The brake master team here in Tempe, Thank You. It’s hard to find a good honest place to go. I can’t say enough good things about them... I’ll add a photo later. Tempe AZ 85282 I have since come back! Nikolas is even better! Has to be the single best caring amazing human being on the planet while working fast and efficient to get all of our vehicles serviced on time with the highest amount of quality. I've had really good experiences with this Brake masters location. Unlike the dealership that I have gotten my cars from, the staff answers the phone, politely discusses the issues I have with my car and clearly explains the possible problems, procedures and process that I need to take, which with my ignorance is greatly appreciated. They schedule service when it's convenient for me and get my car ready for me quickly. It likely doesn't need to be said, but their prices are competitive, but significantly less than the dealership. I would recommend Brake Masters to anyone who prefers good customer service and quality car care.

I came in to do an alignment and talked with Scott and his character seemed off but I sat down as I waited 2 hours for the alignment and I noticed he’s just a serious man. Over all he’s professional and does his job with a slight snacking & TikTok phone pauses here and there but over he’s okay! Employee John works wells and is attentive to customers. Ended up canceling not bc of the wait but more technicians sitting around and it’s disappointing.

Called at 1pm to make an appointment for oil change was told I can go in at 4pm. Once I arrived as I was getting out of my car an employee came up to me all agressive telling me they're too busy and my car wont be ready until the next day. Also said no one made an apt at that store and I'm at the wrong location. Even though I showed him my call log saying I called the right location. In the end I didn't get the service done. They should really keep track of apts or get rid of them if they're not going to be respected.

I’ve always had a good experience at Brake Masters except for the location in Tempe on Mill Avenue. I took my car in about two weeks ago for an oil change and they left off the oil cap. I called the store spoke with the assistant manager, asked for a refund and they didn’t seem like they even cared. He said he has to check with the manager and get back to me but I still waiting. This is not the first time I had issues at this location. A different time they left a part of someone’s dashboard from another car inside my car and they wouldn’t even known about till I reported it. I would strongly recommend other Brake Master locations and avoid this location.
