I was really surprised that such a great level of service still exists. I had broken windshield and was replaced with OEE due to insurance problems, but when I brought it up, Brandon helped me understand the whole process and even gave me discount for OEM windshield with a decent appointment time for re-installation/part delivery. As long as you have clear communication with the insurance then their is no better place to get your windshield work done than Auto Glass Express! Thank you Auto Glass Team! You guys are a perfect example of how job needs to be done.

got my windshield replaced in August of 2023 which went fine. I was told to call back if there was an issue. In March 2024, I went to start my car and it would not start. After having it towed between a mechanic and the dealership, it was discovered that there was a gap on the sealant where water had been leaking into the electrical system for 6 months. When I returned to Autoglass Express to come to a resolution, I was initially met with understanding. They advertise that they are fully insured and certified company but after over five phone conversations they refused to provide the insurance information. The company is now refusing to acknowledge that they even did the work even though I have receipts. They are accusatory and unwilling to rectify the situation. At this point in time I have well documented evidence of their mistake from the Toyota dealer with both written testimony and videos. If you are looking for a company that will rectify mistakes, provide positive customer service, or take accountability this is not the company to work with. I strongly urge you to proceed with another company. The Toyota manager has told me personally to proceed to court with this claim because they have seen this same company do this to multiple people. Their reviews are paid and are being posted in return for a soda. The tow, rental, diagnostics, missed work has cost me thousands of dollars. I want to ensure not only my situation is rectified but the more people are not impacted negatively by this company. If there are any issues after using this company you will be out of money and met with a company unwilling to fix their mistakes. Stay away at all costs. (PS : the positive reviews seem bought and paid for)

Fast, affordable, and easy. I had a 9am appointment and my car was done a bit after 10am. I sat in the waiting room with a tv on and a fridge full of drinks. I have a three row, eight seater, four door suv so a big windshield and it was so affordable! My amazing mechanic’s at Antero recommended them and use them so if my mechanic recommends it, I trust it. My other car has a giant crack so we will definitely be using them again. They text to remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance but if they don’t text, just call and confirm because they are booked out a week or so right now. My first appointment we got our wired crossed in terms of time of appt. Not their fault, not mine, just call and confirm.

Got an appointment in one day for a rock chip repair. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I was waiting and explained that I was on a time crunch because I needed to get back to work. Terrible experience here. One of my truck windows was broken, and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with Naomi in the morning, for a repair later that afternoon. I arrived, and was checked in. A short while later, the tech came into the shop to confirm which window needed to be replaced: the front or the rear. It turns out that Naomi had set up the repair for the front windshield, but it was the rear glass that needed to be replaced. Of course, they didn't have the rear window replacement glass in stock, so I had to leave the office with no repair. This was bad, because it wasted my whole day -- I had to schedule a repair at another shop, and they couldn't do it for two more days. This created a security concern, as the broken window exposed my car to theft as it sat out on the street with easy access to the contents of the car, and the car itself. Such a waste of time! How do you make a mistake like that? I went to another shop and paid less than the quote from this place, anyway.

Service was amazing, I was able to get an appointment the next day after somebody broke into my car. It was a bit tricky to find the shop once I got down there but no complains other than that. Reasonable price and good service. Nice lounge while you wait. If I need another new window this is definitely where I’m going
