Bad service, had to come back twice because tires are bad. Not open on time. Horrible customer service in the office. Charged more than quoted by worker. Asked for receipt and they got an attitude. Don't waste your money.

The gentleman that helped my husband was extremely helpful, when we visited the first time they only had 1 used tire in the size we needed but he told my husband to check back on the following Monday and he should have another used one in. We couldn't make it back up there that following Monday but went back about two weeks later and they had two in stock. They even sold it to us a few bucks cheaper than had been originally quoted which was a blessing because at that time we were strapped for cash but really needed to replace that tire for fear that it was gonna blow due to threads being exposed!! Will definitely return to Baca's Tires when we buy all new tires for our conversion F150 home/van on wheels! ~VANLIFE~

I was very optimistic prior to coming and when I showed up I was hesitant, but needless to say the staff were very helpful in getting me tires that I needed on my vehicle and charged me a great rate! Was not sure what to expect, my mother in law swears by this place and I have to agree. Not fancy by any means but the price was right as I bought my tires on line and just needed mounting and balancing. Service was a tad slow but the friendly atmosphere made up for it. I will be back!

Very nice people, close to home but never have size tire I need. They do reasonably priced service work and do a good job. Have used service a couple times. Shop is always busy but they get work done quick, correct and cheap

Horrible service, dishonest workers, different prices for different people. Went in with a clean rim and a flat tire. Had the flat fixed and charged $20.00. At my next stop a few miles down the road, I checked on the tire (should've done this at the shop)...tire was fine, but my rim was shredded! Went back and showed the workers, who denied they had anything to do with it. Even after pointing out the fresh chrome pieces that were sticking to the tire, they said they didn't do it, but now said they remember it being like that when I brought it in! The manager/owner told me he didn't see it happen, so couldn't verify that it was done there. He tried to get me to leave, and told me he couldn't do anything for me. After pointing out and picking off some fresh chrome shreds for a third time, he finally took out his wallet and gave me my $20.00 back. When I continued the conversation, he ignored me and walked away. It's going to cost me $150.00 to fix it or just buy a new rim for $200.00. Little shops are great, but save yourself the hassle and money, and find an honest & fair one that will treat you right.

I arrived with a small air leak and I asked if they can patch it, Flaco was super helpful and he got me back on the road and had my vehicle ready for a road trip. He was very charismatic and extremely helpful. The conversation was great. Will definitely go again for any tire or general mechanical needs!
