First day they lost my appointment in the system had to reschedule for the following day, didn’t show up the following day saying they sent me a message saying the window that was delivered was damaged, I didn’t get a message at all bad business.

Scheduled an quote online on Tuesday 9/28, was given request ID #, and was to get a call back. I was never called, I called them directly on Monday 10/04 and setup an appointment for Wed 10/06, and received email confirmation of appt on 10/06. They never showed. I called them and they tell me I was never scheduled for 10/06 and was scheduled for 10/07. They called back on 10/06 again to then tell me the Glass is on back order and would now arrive for service on Friday. Friday came, they called and said the glass was cracked so they have to reorder, and schedule my appt for Mon 10/11. Monday came, and they called again and will have to reschedule for Wed, as they are short staffed. They seem to be a chaotic mess over there.
