They left a plastic piece of the mirror on my arm rest and didn’t tell me anything about it. I figured it’s because the mirror placement isn’t the same as the the original window. They also told me my car would be done in about an hour but when 3 hours went by, I called and they said they put the wrong glass on and were replacing it with the right one. Please make sure to update your clients about any changes. Window is great though and the price is good.

Showed up in time frame I was told. Window is in crooked. Doesn't roll up all the way and seal into rubber molding like it should. Wish I would have just bought the glass and installed myself. Gonna have to remove door panel now and figure out what was done wrong and fix it myself. Not happy that I had to pay $335 for a mobile install that was done incorrectly

I had an incredible experience with Auto Glass Now for my windshield replacement from start to finish. First, the quote I received was the most reasonable of the other glass companies I spoke to and they were very easy to schedule with (plenty of availability and flexibility). Then, when I was trying to verify insurance coverage, they were very prompt in speaking with my insurance company to submit their required information. The day of my appointment, they called me several hours before to let me know my coverage had not yet been verified; they then offered to keep an eye on the system and reach out to me to reschedule when it was verified so I wouldn't overpay. When that was resolved and I scheduled, I was told to expect 1 1/2 - 2 hours; they were done in less than an hour. Will definitely be returning if I have any other glass repair issues and recommend them as a service provider.

The work was done quickly within 1 hr 15 min as the guy estimated. The staff are nice. The only downside is that the place isn't maintained well. Leaves all of the place, which is kind of reasonable because it was 10/30/2025, but it could be tidied up. Spider web and dusty in the waiting room. The floor isn't flat. The bathroom doesn't have hand soap. The window A/C and fan do the cooling job. Grass grow on the roof.

My company sent me here to get my windshield replaced in my work vehicle. It is a chilly day and the waiting room has no heat and all the walls are glass so no insulation. To top it off the waiting room is absolutely disgusting. As I was sitting here I was reading other reviews and at least two other people mentioned how dirty the waiting room was in the last few months so I guess they do not care to clean it. Just purely lazy.
