wont let me speak to a technitian and when im explaining the problems and probably causes this lady tells me " you gunna tell us how to diagnose it??". Like no but im giving you information. Not the attitude needed to run a business.

Gave me an estimate for $500 for a fuel pump and then a separate estimate for $500 for the fuel filter. They should be installed at the same time is what a different mechanic at Eurofix in Nashville told me. Shady. Do not recommend

This is a BMW specialty shop. I bring my family & personal vehicles here. Fast reliable professional service. I'm always informed about the status of my car as bring repaired as well as any unexpected issues that may arise. They use original parts & also aftermarket performance parts(if that's your thing). Installed custom shocks & springs & dialed them in for me. I have no complaints about taking my cars here or recommending them to other BMW owners who are tired of being ripped off by other local mechanics that are quick to say "ooh it's a BMW parts & repairs are expensive".

Auto Works is the most Professional and Honest family owned BMW repair shop that I ever had, other shops try only care about how much money they can get out of you. Sam and his daughter treated me and my car like family, he really cared about fixing my car and even called me and mentioned what I needed done and also what I DIDN'T need done to my car and top it off he has the BEST price going on than any other BMW competitor so I strongly feel comfortable about telling any other customers, Auto Works is HONEST and the BEST hands down.

I brought my 2015 BMW to Auto Works with a long list of diagnostics that appeared on my scan. The shop owner told me exactly what was necessary to repair/replace now vs. what could wait. He is very honest and does not try to oversell you. The turnaround is very quick and they are very efficient. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave great car advice. I won’t bring my car anywhere else for repairs. 10/10 service.

Hey guys (especially those with older bmw examples such as myself) I'm here to let you guys know that this place not only met my expectations, but surpassed them as well! I own a 1991 BMW 325i MTech2 e30 automatic transmission and I wanted to convert it to 5 speed manual transmission. So I asked my friend good friend (who is someone that has been selling e30 for over a decade now) "who can i go to for this type of job who not only would do the job correctly and in a timely manner, but also care for my car while the car is in their hands?". Without hesitation he told me to come check out Sam over at Auto Works in Ft Lauderdale. He assured me not only has Sam performed plenty of 5 speed transmission swaps for him in the past, but that he also takes great care of the cars in his possesion. That is just something so rare these days and i took my friends reccomendation. Sam told me the job would take him just a few days (about 2 days) and he ended up completing the job in a fraction of the time! He was really transparent and helpful with any and all questions I had as well, which I can't rave about enough. Now i am leaving this review as not only a customer that is more than satisfied, but also a customer Sam will have for life! Good car mechanics are 1 in a million these days. I can proudly say Auto Works in Ft Lauderdale is a great place for your car repair needs! As I was there dropping off and picking up my car i saw them working on all kinds of cars not just e30.
