First time, went from google search. These guys are very good. They will talk you through whole process, all costs and things are explained in detail. I had front end damage that knocked my A/C system out, they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. In my case it was s simple fuse fix and a recharge of the system, but they went that deep instead of just changing things out. definitely will be return customer.

A friend recommended AutoAid, he said they will check your vehicle out 4 free and tell you what needs to be done. They are honest and are customer service oriented. My experience was wonderful, not only did they tell me what was wrong, but they gave me a few financial options. Everyone is friendly and the work is done correctly. When my car broke down at the end of the day. Steve worked with me to get the car to him and arranged a rental car with minutes to spare. Although, the repair needed was not as bad as they quoted. They said my main ecm was bad and needed replacement and wanted over a thousand dollars. I obtain a second opinion and the ecm was not bad just needed to be rebooted and only cost 625.00 for ecm rebooted, new spark plugs, injectors cleaned, new rooters, oil change and fixed my head light . I can say there customer service was excellent but tried to charge for work not needed

I have been emailed to post a review once again. Initially I was prompted to make auto aid ware of my issue if one was had, before a review, which I did, and my issue was not resolved as promised it would be. This is my third attempt. My vehicle was towed in for overheating, the mechanics assessed the vehicle, quoting a $2100 fix, then charging me $154 for the assessment. I took my business elsewhere to a trusted mechanic and paid much less for the fix. I feel auto aid is another repair shop robbing customers.

Took my tacoma in for brakes. They quoted me $550 to merely replace my front pads (non OEM) and resurface my rotors. I instead took it to local toyota dealer who did the same job for $400 with real toyota pads no discounts.

Well I have a long story but I’ll cut it short. I brought in my Lexus GS 350 because it had an issue with the brakes. They were too loud for a long time and every time I took them to a place to get them fixed ,they weren’t even at the Lexus dealership no help…so then I tried auto aid!!! I’m so glad I did!!! First of all the guys there are all nice and sweet but David and Lupe have my heart!!! Lol. My car was fixed first time but the noise was still there so I had to take it back and they took it to look again and this went on for like 3X. The 4th time they took the car was the last time…they had to throughly check my car and were finally able to discover the issue. They charged me just one time and the other times they just took the car and made sure they resolved the issue it had since it was being big headed lol. It’s been almost a month of me driving it now without any noise!!! They did fix it and I can’t thank them enough!!! Thank You David And Your Crew…I’ll definitely Recommend.
