I forgot his name. But he was an middle aged guy maybe with gray hair. I was supposed to pay $25 for a OCD2 scann but later on he decided not to charge me. He told me the problem of my Toyota Corolla and he told me I needed to go to a transmission shop to get it fixed, not an auto shop. He even wrote me what to say. Chill guy.

George and his staff are top notch. They do a fantastic job, don't suggest a bunch of other things you MIGHT need, and the prices are great.If he can't do the work, he'll refer you to someone who can, and at a decent rate. He's been working on my family's cars for over 12 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. AND he's a got a great DRY sense of humor. Always a pleasure working with him.

Our car broke down a few blocks away from this shop. Base on the reviews we drove to the shop. Greg took it for a test ride, diagnosed the problem. The passenger side brake was locked. He showed us the heat and smell coming off the wheel. Roter, hydraulic, and brakes needed to be replaced. He gave us a fair estimate. We agreed to have the work done. It was completed the next day. End of story.

Professional work but fluid markup. I brought my 2013 Genesis in for a rear diff oil change. The staff was professional polite and the work was fast (about 25 minutes). Total came to $199. The labor was $70 (25 mins) which sounds good until you see the parts. I was charged $117.90 for two quarts of Eneos oil. This fluid retails for $13.99 a quart at NAPA. I was told I was getting a discount, but charging nearly $60 a quart for a $14 product is a 4x markup. I understand markups so the garage can make money on overhead but the way the service was itemized and me being told I got a discount was misleading and to hide the huge markup on materials and make you feel like you are getting a deal on labor and that they aren’t making much. A differential change is simpler than an oil change and ( less fluid, no filter) so paying $200 for 25-30 minutes of changing fluids and $28 worth of oil may feel a bit high when you wouldn’t pay near that much for a regular oil change. However they may have to pay a fast delivery fee for the oil and their supplier may charge a different rate and I appreciate they used quality Eneos oil and diff oil changes are far less common. And while 199 is a bit for a simple fluid change, it’s still cheaper than what dealerships ask for. I would still go again because end of the day $199 is fair for a diff oil change in SFV and they are professional. It just was itemized in a misleading way. Next time I would ask if I could bring my own fluid if I went again or get an itemized receipt upfront.

Went in today for a Fiat inspection. They test-drove the car, clearly explained what was causing the issues, and walked me through their recommendations in detail.
