I’m sorry that I didn’t post earlier. Car Zone is a top of the line auto repair shop with great service and fair pricing. I’ve been using them for years. After many disappointing experiences elsewhere, I’ve been extremely blessed to find them. This is my go to place for repairs and oil changes. Even with free dealer maintenance, I’m more comfortable with Car Zone working on my car.

Great and honest service. Nowadays is hard to find an honest mechanic. Allan, Donald, and William are great professionals and make sure that the job gets done right, at a great price. Also, if you need a smock check, just go to the place next to Car Zone located next to the Peruvian restaurant. If you tell the guy that Allan sent you, he will give you a discount.

I have been going to Donald and William for over 5 years, now. They are absolutely the most competent, honest, astute, and personable mechanics I have ever encountered. That is really saying something, when you consider that I am 62, having had many cars and encountered many automotive situations in my life. Currently, I drive a 2006 Infiniti M35. Ever since the warranty on the car expired, I have been going to Car Zone. They are so versatile, they even work on my son's Ford Taurus. They honor appointments on the dot, and when I have experienced emergency problems, they have always immediately accommodated me. On a few occasions, I was "sure" that I needed some part replaced, when I really didn't. The guys at Car Zone told me that the parts in question were, in fact, perfectly serviceable, and that I needed no repair. Trust me when I say that there are many shops out there that would be more than glad to take my money, and would have simply replaced a perfectly good part if they thought they had me on the hook. I believe in going to folks that are competent, honest, and deserve my patronage. For this reason, I am a Car Zone customer for life!

Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.

Let me preface this by saying that I rarely write reviews, however, CarZone is indeed deserving of a 5 star rating and me going out of my way to write a review. I could write a bunch about this experience but basically I will just say I took my car there for something simple and was quoted a decent/fair price over the phone. When I took it there (next day) they began working on it right away and some more problems that were not their fault began popping up. This was supposed to be a simple 30 minute job. It turned into nearly 3 hours with multiple guys working on it trying to figure it out. (Once again, let me say the time it took had nothing to do with them, their were some unforeseen conditions), I thought I was going to wind up with a hefty bill... Nope, they charged me exactly what they quoted even though this job took way longer then expected, because of my car, not them. I will be taking my other cars here from now on. They really did a great job given the terrible circumstances and got me on the road without braking the bank.
